Cardinal Culinary catered our wedding. We did a taste testing before picking out our entree and the food was delicious. Only issue I have was on our wedding day the main dish did not taste anything like what we taste tested prior to our wedding. Food tasted bland and you could hardly find any shrimp in our seafood pasta. They did provide more shrimp when asked but my guests should not have to make that request.
