The Amherst location is the best! The employees are so fast, so nice... They even know my voice so well & remember my order, that I almost never have to tell them lol I've never had a messed up order, a bad coffee, or any issues ever. My favorite place by far

Can you fix this? 1/2 the cups I get look like this after a few minutes.It looks like it is bleeding through the seams of the foam.

This lil “mom and pop” coffee shop is one of my favs! The staff is super, and anyone who says otherwise, I challenge to a high-noon duel.

This place was nice, friendly and clean. The bathroom especially! It was not only the CLEANEST bathroom I have experienced in a public place, but it smelled really good as well! Huge, huge plus!The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is they ran out of apple cider food offerings which surprised me given the "Fall" rollout of flavors.

I used to love Dunks. Now they've changed so much I only get coffee there now. Even then, I have to bring my own non dairy creamer because their only non dairy option is almond milk and it always curdles. Oh and the new name, Dunkin' sucks. If they had to shorten it, they just should have used DUNKS. That's what we all call it anyway!

I use the app to get my morning coffee because I am always in a rush. But occasionally my coffee isn't there and I must wait. Defeats the purpose of using the app. Bad start to my day thanks.

Hard working employees, great atmosphere, great food! A lot of the time, the hashbrowns are really oily and greasy, though. Otherwise, it's amazing service!

Do Not Shop Here. I paid with $20 and I only got back $4 when I should of gotten $14. I called the store, they counted to draw and said it was spot on

Over rated an over priced. Burger King makes better coffee. But at least they use milk in the hot chocolate not water like other over priced coffee shops.

Highly recommend this location. Everything is always fresh. They don't run out of items. Staff is super friendly.

I never have a problem when I go through the drive thru, but today I went inside for the first time and was not impressed. I was purchasing two dozen bagels. The very sweet cashier proceeded to bag them up in sixes, then place them in a large bag for me to carry. Another employee, I believe her name was Sharley came over and told her "NO those need to go in boxes". She pulls out the boxes and begins putting the bagels in, which is when I tell her I don't need the boxes, I'd rather not waste paper like that. She rolls her eyes at me, makes a rude face and ignores me and keeps boxing up my bagels. ???? This is the most bizarre thing to me. If a customer doesn't want a box then don't give them a damn box. Putting a bag inside of a box inside of another bag is incredibly wasteful to me!! I ended up walking out of there with FOUR boxes, inside of a big bag.

This is probably one of the better Dunkin Donuts on Amherst Street. Karen the manager always make sure things run smoothly in the daytime.

The lady that's at the counter on weekdays is always nice and goes the extra mile for her customers.

I like the coffee but not the muffins. I ordered a coffee and two donuts.

Decent price for decent food.

Poor service. Always clueless teens with no manager I can see. They always forget my order, give me the wrong coffee, and never give me cream cheese with my bagel when I order it. Instead they stand around chatting and laughing putting customers last. Today was the last time I ever go to this location.

I ordered a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and when I got it, it had strawberry jam instead of strawberry cream cheese and when I told them I asked for cream cheese not jam, they were like oh well I'm gonna have to charge you extra for that. Like, oh???? You have to charge me extra because YOU didn't get my order right???

Like all small locations they have there turn share of turn over, but everyone I go there they always have a smile and get my Ice coffee right every time. (Lg, xtra cream, xtra sugar, and xtra xtra Carmel swirl.)They will always back there products without question you have a problem they fix ASAP
