Breakfast just got better on the UAA Campus! The UAA Bakery Cart has the perfect baked items to go with that hot tea/coffee. The Ham Scone and Apple Turnover are my favorites. All the baked goods are made by students in the Culinary Arts program at UAA. The UAA Bakery Cart opens at 9 AM (Tue, Wed, Thurs), so I suggest getting here early for the best of the best.
