Working with Roy and his crew was a great experience. When I had questions regarding event insurance or even adding items and services a week before our wedding Roy and Michelle were so accommodating. We ordered roasted ham, BBQ meatballs, jasmine rice, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a few other items. Our guests raved about the food even a week after the wedding.
