Quiet comfortable place with an amazing selection of beer. Friendly atmosphere

Review №2

Just a fun place to get a drink and meet up with friends

Review №3

Nice local bar with good people and a nice vibe.

Review №4

Honestly, super fun place. Always seems like it's the same bartenders and they're always having fun. It gets pretty packed, but I love that vibe. Standard prices for drinks, and always fun music from the selection machine. I always suggest going here!

Review №5

4.5 Nice atmosphere. One of the remaining dives in a hipster neighborhood. Have shows and cheep pbr.Low ceilings and some patrons suck late night.

Review №6

Great drinks & service. A good place to watch a sporting event. There is no food here, but you can get something from the pizza place next door or la Victoria and bring it in. There is always popcorn #margaritamonday

Review №7

Great staff, fun vibe, cheap quality mixed drinks

Review №8

Great 'dive' bar. Excellent beer and bourbon selection. Great staff. Let's you order/bring in food from elsewhere. Best free popcorn on the North Shore

Review №9

Fun Dart night people very friendly.

Review №10

Best bar, friendly people and great bartender...highly recommend

Review №11

Awesome bartenders, fun atmosphere, and cheap drinks! Can't ask for much more than that.

Review №12

They have an average selection of beer on tap, but the service here is great

Review №13

Good place for beers and a fun night!

Review №14

Best neighborhood bar on the North Shore. Fast, generous pours and A+ beer selection. Staff is friendly and attentive. Two dart boards well positioned. 4/4.

Review №15

Good local bar. Bartender made a goid drink and was easy going. Patrons were friendly. All and all a very comfortable place to have a drink and some conversation.

Review №16

Great beer selection. The right atmosphere. In just the right place. Kelly Rocks!. Best place to watch the Pats.

Review №17

Great townie joint with cheap beer, and dive bar traditions (popcorn, darts, etc). Awesome place to watch a game with a crowd of friendly locals. The owner keeps an eye out for interesting seasonal beers, like Lagunitas' Born Yesterday, and manages to keep the prices super reasonable. Worth the couple blocks trek from downtown.

Review №18

This bar captures the vibe of the community very well, making it a popular spot for a lot of my local friends. The bartenders make good drinks for a good price.

Review №19

A great place to go when you're old, sad, and drunk.

Review №20

Best bartenders ever.

Review №21

My favorite hole in the wall.

Review №22

Great bartender good drinks awesome music

Review №23

Awesome local spot with prompt service. great music venue

Review №24

Okay by far one of the most bizarre bars I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The majority of the crowd consists of young Beverly residents whom I've never seen outside of the bar...i mean never. I suppose one could call them hipsters I'm not really sure what the term is they dress funky have great personalities and I believe May attend Montserrat School of Art. There are a few random people in there that I believe have been there since it was Barney's 35 years ago. The bartenders are seemingly average Everyday people. The place is always busy the popcorn is delicious. The strangest part of the whole atmosphere is the music it just doesn't match the crowd stereotypically speaking but anyone that comes in there would find it off that a bunch of 21 year olds listen to Frank Sinatra and Neil diamond and enjoy it immensely as if dancing around and having a good time it's just strikes me as odd that's all but it's a great place the drinks are decent for a tiny bar they usually have three bartenders and a couple of bouncers so you definitely to eat and you definitely get a drink with timely fashion thing I find on but it is what it is.

Review №25

Nice little bar with cheap drinks.

Review №26

The staff is amazing. There once was this very very drunk man who rolled in over served from another bar and he was spitting all over me as he talked and the bartender told him he had to leave and called him a cab. Thank God because I have a thing about others people spit

Review №27

Busy dive bar downtown Beverly. Only getting four stars because of their surprisingly decent selection of bourbons.

Review №28

Great dive. If they took credit card, five stars. Erica and John are amazing.

Review №29

Best popcorn at a bar. Russell makes rhe best negronis.

Review №30

Outstanding neighborhood bar, always good beer selections and a great start of whiskey and bourbon.

Review №31

This place is the epitome of a dive bar. But the drinks are strong and there is an abundance of seating which is often rare at bars. No pool but dart boards in the back.

Review №32

This place used to be great, 2 years ago it would have received 5 stars. The atmosphere is still that of a nice basement bar but they have tried to make it more upscale, which it is not and will never be. They have raised the prices of the beer and have gotten rid of pitchers. I was in there one night recently and they were charging full price for a beer that was served in a 10 oz plastic cup. They also allow to many people in this place, way over capacity. They only only have one single person rest room, good luck. Thursdays are also a horrible evening due to trivia and people show up by themselves and take all the tables/bar space and save it for their friends that are coming hours later. Still good for week nights except Thursday.

Review №33

Friendly bar staff great place.

Review №34

Never a good night if you find yourself here before like...11.

Review №35

Best local bar in the north shore.

Review №36

Great beer selection, quiz night on Sunday, great locals. Lose a star for not taking plastic.

Review №37

Free popcorn and always a good vibe

Review №38

Best local spot!

Review №39

Splendid Establishment.

Review №40

The very definition of "dive bar."

Review №41

Me and my well tipping family tipped very well to be treated like a slave and poured the weakest drinks of my life

Review №42

Cheap drinks, amazing service, dart boards, unlimited popcorn and bad jokes.

Review №43

Love it

Review №44

Solid tap list
