For starters I was shorted items that I ordered and paid for so when I we got home and realized that I looked them up on google and well NO PHONE NUMBER is posted to call and let them know. I cannot go back because I ran out to get the kids a treat while on break from school.Secondly NO Maple Frosted EVER!?! What's the point of building a nice new building to not sell all the flavors? It's like going into Baskin Robbins 31 flavors to find out the one you go into only sells 28 flavorsI guess I'll drive to Lake and Gary from now on

I ordered some donuts and they gave me the wrong kind so I asked her to correct it and I see her grab the donuts with gloves on after she just touched the money with the same gloves she doesn't use a tissue or nothing. So basically she grabbed by donuts with dirty gloves and she was was working the drive thru so shes been touching money all day and then grabs my donuts with her dirty gloves on. I dont think they care about the customers health.

Some time ago I went to a Dunkin and they had no donuts. This location had donuts and the employee was friendly and courteous. Good service at drive thru.

This is my favorite Dunkin in the area. Drink quality is always very high, both the interior and exterior are very clean and neat, and the service is good. Drive through speeds are not bad.A lot of Dunkins in this area have very bad iced tea/coffee that tastes old. It's a game of Russian roulette. This Dunkin always tastes fresh!

Horrible the girl literally lied and said the latte machine wasn't working when both cars in front of me and behind got ice lattes. I get it you have a long line its easier to not do what people demand but if I have to wait in line for the person in front of me to get what they ordered why shouldn't someone have to wait for me. I come here daily you have just broken that relationship BYE!

I order bacon eggs and cheese on bagel they said I can't have in deal even though there was sign right in front of me..

No one in the store was wearing their mask correctly. If they want their business to stay open they should make this mandatory for their employees.

Usually these places are all the same. But not this one. Staff at the checkout seem lost. I have been here a few times and it's the same. Service is good. But placing your order is uncomfortable. Maybe new people but it was not just one experience.

Floral department at Jewel Osco, they sell Easter flowers and balloons but the time people can stuff for Easter candys and more

They have been getting EXTREMELY sloppy. They don't do my order right anymore I always have to go back into the store so they can fix it and it's frustrating. They don't even fill the cup up all the way with my iced coffee. It's like 3/4 full. They need to hire new employees and the manager is so mean. This is unacceptable

The staff here is great. Very helpful. Why on Earth would management only schedule 2 people to work on a Saturday after 2pm. Waited almost 25 minutes for 2 coffees and 5 munchkins. Super busy and only 2 people working in the store. Does not make sense. Do not go for coffee after 2 if you are in a hurry!!

I would give this place a 5 if their customer service was any good. I've been here a couple of times and the workers here are grim looking. Not at all happy with their job, or so it seems. There is an older gentleman that I've encountered that always greets customer. Everyone else needs some training in the customer service department. Jeez.

I stopped in this morning with my granddaughters to get a doughnut. One of my granddaughters has begun to think she should drink coffee. The staff were very patient explaining the differences in coffee, latte, cappuccino and expresso. Plenty of parking. Bathroom was clean. I will go back.

I went to this place asking for the $1.50 any size iced coffee between 3 and 6, and the girl said that offer had expired but I saw billboards all over the highway with the advertisement on the way back home. I felt betrayed that the employee lied to me. Very unhappy.
