Bought an ice machine from this company through Amazon for a client of mine. After four weeks of waiting, I called them. They could not give me any info even though they could see my order. They could not tell me why it had not shipped or when it would ship.I called Amazon. They were surprised it had not shipped and figured that DEQonline must not have had it in stock. Amazon tried re-submitting the order to DEQonline and here I sit a week later with the order still in pending.Poor customer service.Lack of communication.Lack of inventory.
