Social distancing happens here and the food is great!! Little slow on service but other than that it was good. I had the Atlantic trout with a baked potato just butter and green beans it was delicious. My wife ordered the shrimp alfredo And she said it was great! I do recommend!

Trystin was our server today, and oh my what wonderful service!!!!Red Lobster wanted a second chance to show the service wasn't "normal" a month ago and I am so happy we returned.He was by far the best server!!!The food was exceptional, the biscuits (the reason we all go) were served hot fresh and quickly.The food served promptly.Drinks (unsweet tea) kept flowing.Thank you for such good service and food.I still can't wait for the grill open back up for my rainbow trout....but this was a great time.

The service & food was great!!!The social distant & cleaning was on point!!The one star missing because I do not understand customers allowed to walk thru restaurant without masks on. We were sitting eating & four customers walked by close to our table no masks on, talking. Of course we had no masks on, eating. So if you post sign mask required then have customers put them on. I have to wear a mask 9hrs a day, 10 min does not hurt.

Our waitress was Ashley H. she was great! Very friendly and attentive we had 5 adults and 2 kids. The food was so so but Ashley made our time there very enjoyable.

This is one of the nicer Red Lobsters we have been to. The mozzarella cheese sticks are good, and of course the cheddar bay biscuits are delicious! Our waitress was very nice and professional, not overbearing but attentive. Food was good overall but the fries were a little too salty. For a Friday evening, it wasn't too bad. We dined around 5:30 and it was raining but there were only 3 other families dining.

Red lobster has a fairly decent seafood menu but it lacks some modern creativity such as lobster rolls. Most of the very creative dishes run between 25 to $35 per person. They have a fairly decent bar and offer a wide variety of wines and mixed drinks.

Why I have to pay for the game I play? Does Red Lobster really need this money? If you need why don't you ask your waiters to serve more quickly so that we won't waste our precious half an hour just sitting there waiting for someone so that we can order.... tips means to ensure prompt service... thirty minutes sitting at there and no one comes really makes us awkward

I should of noticed by lack of cars..something may have changed..Limited menu..food had no flavor..Crab linguini was horrible. Had no flavor..might as well ate straight plaon noodles..meat looked and had mjshy texture..mashed potatoes are either fake now or taste gritty and fake. Fiance had the basic fried shrimp which was overcooked..we barely touched our food..neither the manager nor waitress asked if something was wrong..they offered boxes..Burlington Red Lobster heading for closing its doors! Prices however still inflated!

Some friends, my daughter, and I went to a Red Lobster last night and had a wonderful time! Being a Monday their business was rather slow, but they really treated us well. Food was fantastic (as expected) , the waitress was great, and we were able to really enjoy the evening.

Awesome swordfish special! Was there managers special and comes with 3 sides for $22. A huge cut of swordfish in Cajun sauce. Simply delicious and then our server Vanessa is outstanding!

This was a horrible experience. Extremely low volume of customers. Tables covered with dirty dishes all over the place. Majority of staff was behind bar wall doing Lord only knows. Had to request refills on drinks after glasses were empty for previous stop. Son was disgusted from first walk in, so he refused to order....One order for daily special, was charged full price then when confronted was told, "oh yeah, I did that once already today. The seafood was admittedly good. The salad was not fresh, and the rolls were gummy inside. Never been so disappointed. We were celebrating a birthday, it was a flop because we were so agitated.

I ordered a Togo shrimp scampi and clams. The biscuits were old, the shrimp scampi was cold and the clams were almost all of them overcooked. Disappointing.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant! They have the best snow crab legs! Their food and service is always great! They keep this restaurant very clean and the staff is always nice. I love this restaurant and you will too! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We used to have Red Lobster as our special place for birthday s and anniversaries etc. My husband loves the flounder but since they no longer have it we're looking for another special place to go. Can't understand why they got rid of the flounder but it was really.the staple on their menu if or us. Sure wish they would bring it back.Linda Gant

I'm giving a three star review, because the hostess was very friendly, quick service and my requested adjustment to my entrée. The only cons were that the food wasn't all that good, the dining area was freezing and almost halfway through eating my pasta dish I found a small curly black hair. I chose not to eat anymore and my server let me know that it was taken care of and I didn't have a bill. The cook did not address me though. There's better options that this location.

The last thing I expected was a really bad meal at red lobster today, I should have stopped at the glass of Merlot and the house salad but that I did not do, I ordered the Sirloin and shrimp skewer with mashed potatoes and broccoli I'll make this short, you could not eat the broccoli it was so bad, the potatoes were very cold (hate that) I ordered my steak medium it was border line rare/medium rare and the shrimp was horrible very tough (way overcooked) and if you should waste your money at this restaurant please check your silverware it took three different sets before my wife got a clean set and the waitress does not know the difference between water spots and left over food on the silverware. Are we going back definitely not to this Red Lobster. This was just not a bad day in the kitchen it was a disaster...

Ultimately underwhelming. I have such good memories coming here. I think it's because when we're kids eating fried bologna everything taste like ambrosia made by gods. As an adult everything here taste a 25 dollar microwave tv dinner.

Three of us went and enjoyed the meal. The service was excellent along with the food. They lost two stars because they refused me a "teaspoon" of their mashed potato with lobster to sample. I was told because it was lobster based they cannot do so. I thought I was at Red Lobster not a McDonald's.

Let's just say serves was not up to par. The cooks just putting anything on the plates no matter what ordered. Heard at least three tables complaining (yes dine in was open). Would choose another if had options...upset for wasting uber money.

It was the worst experience ever. Every plate out of 9 of us was missing 2 items at lease. It took over an hour for us to get the food and when we got it, everything was burned. Not even our children enjoy their meal, which was macaroni & cheese, and chicken fingers. How do you mess up macaroni and cheese? It was so runny, one of my son said it was "macaroni and soup". This was supposed to be a beautiful celebration of Mother's Day and a turn out to be one the worse experience for my wife and my friend's wife's life at a restaurant. One of the managers heard our complained and didn't even come over to address it. He kept staring at me listening, but never came to address our issues. No professional courtesy and we were so VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Just wasn't very good. Kitchen screwed up both our orders, even though they were both nightly specials. They offered to fix, but we were already 45 minutes in. They acknowledged error, but didn't credit bill. The cheese cake was good, saved them from a 1 star review.

Very poor customer service tonight. I usually strive to be a patient customer having worked in this industry for so long. We were seated right at the hostess desk and still ignored. We sat for 30 minutes with not so much as a drink. It was not a busy night and after having been treated the way we were, I know why. Terrible experience.

AWFUL first time experience here. When finally recieving our food it was cold and honestly nasty. Couldn't figure out why my plate looked anorexic for 35.00 until leaving and realized they was supposed to give me two lobster tails and i only received a half of one, then my crab legs looked like ghost crab, hardly nothing there. I dont usually ever leave reviews but this was just that bad! Nasty, cold, and nothing correct. For there prices they should be on cue but there not and there was hardly noone there so no excuse for the mess. Needless to say, never again.
