Paul and his staff are incredibly professional. The food is incredible. Some of the best barbecue in the entire state of Texas. Make sure to get the corn green beans and macaroni and cheese. The brisket is what brisket should be. I also especially like their barbecue sauce. Highly recommend eating at this establishment

Paul is a great down to earth Gentlemen who goes out of his way to support Veterans at the ReForged Blacksmith shop. He is personable and takes time out of his busy schedule to provide his fellow Veterans as well as First Responders with some of the best BBQ and sides you can get here in San Antonio. I am glad to have made his acquaintance and very glad to have had the opportunity to enjoy his food. It is flavorful, well prepared, and presented. I would highly encourage anyone who is looking for great tasting Texas Home Style BBQ at their event to give Paul a call and allow him and his staff the opportunity to take care of prepping the meal for you.

Great chicken and green beans

The ribs kick ass just right seasoning ,tender,and moist! BBQ beef slice just right -with a great smoke ring prefect,crust,and not to fatty. The sauce has just the right favor. I give them thumb up, luv it!
