Rude staff. Wouldnt let us in or take order over the phone. Expected us to walk thru the drive thru

Set in drive thru for 15 minutes thinking I'm getting fresh food, get home everything cold. Go back they was suppose to make it fresh still was trash, fries was hot but tasted like they had just dipped them back in the fryer. Never going back again.

I typically enjoy A&W/LJS but our fish, chicken, fries, and hush puppies were inedible due to what seemed to be old grease. On the up side the coleslaw was palatable. I'd give it another shot, but my wife and I were seriously unimpressed with our current visit.

Great pair, I get good fish and that root beer I 've loved since I was a toddler....

Had baked cod. Serving of fish seemed small but sides were good. Service fast and friendly staff

Waited fifteen minutes for over priced over cooked fish. The large order of fries are a joke its a small order anywhere else. Everything tasted like it was reheated in old oil. Also who ever heard of charging for mayo on a burger. Would have had a better meal raiding a prison dumpster.

Love the root beer floats, always have since childhood.

Food was terrible. Cod was like rubber. Green beans were gritty. The only nice thing I can say is that the service was good. Very polite young man who served us.

Actually usually never eat here because several yrs ago i had a bad experience at a location in kansas City but my wife wanted long johns and i did not wanna make another stop so i ordered a bacon cheeseburger and chili fries......BEST bacon cheeseburger i have had in yrs! Will probably start going there a lil more often

I actually go here for LJS fish. Most of the time I get a very good meal. This time, the fish was dried out/over cooked. The onion rings were barely done. Not sure how soon I'll be back.

The food was great; however I only recieved about a tablespoon of coleslaw.

Clean and good service but food was stale and extremely greasy. Not worth the money.

First they messed up our order. and then i got my chicken sandwich which was completely falling apart. the bun was hard. our server used fowl language. and they messed up the child's order as well and she got an adult meal instead of a child's meal.

They literally messed up on everything possible.. We waited for our food to be done and he came out whout the drinks or cheese curds lol we should've gone to anywhere else.

Cold food and empty sodas in fountain machine. Told staff and they just shrugged. ️
