First time great subs it was very fresh my new sub shop. The lemonade was delicious. But i didnt like the fries to much was kinda burnt needed some seasoning. But overall great

Stop every time we get to Cape Girardeau while commuting. Love to build our own - cheese, artichokes, chicken, mayo . . . Home made french fries from fresh potatoes, and lemonade.

Little disappointed in the menu change regarding sizes. They no longer offer 6"-8"-10"-12" ... Options are small 5"-regular 8"-large 12".Food is always hot and fresh.

First timer! I had the 8" Reuben Sandwich, Med Homemade Fries & Unsweet Tea w/Fresh Lemon (NOT LEMON JUICE FROM A PKT THANK YOU JESUS)!!!! The Reuben was so right on with the right amount of sauerkraut, cheese, corned beef right down to the great tasting bread! I've never had thousands island dressing on this style of Reuben before so they suggested putting it on the side so I could give it a whirl, I did try it, just didn't really care for it! To me it just didn't need a condiment. It tasted that AWESOME The homemade fries were just to die for so delicious, cook perfectly they were made from real potatoes that was sitting in a bin waiting to be cut to perfection and then fry with the skins on them! Yum-Yum just like you made from home but only better of course because you don't have to make them yourself!!The Penn Station Crew was FANTABULOUS from the time we walked in the door till we left! A very welcoming atmosphere!If you've never eat'n there before try it, You'll wish you had! Great FoodThank You Penn Station for making my 1st visit a memorable one! I'll be back!

To be quite honest, I'm not a big fan of the sandwiches here. They are not awful; there are just several other sandwich shops that have far superior sandwiches in my opinion. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The fries are pretty good. There are lots of shopping locations nearby.

Delicious food; you cannot go wrong with Penn Station. It's a tad expensive, but it's worth the money. SEMO students get a 30% discount. Try the lemonade!

Penn Station is becoming a safe bet. As a chain you expect certain things to be consistent and Penn Station is delivering on that.Is it the best cheese steak? Nope.Is it pretty good for the mid-west? Absolutely.

The inside had a funky odor but the food was fresh and good. It's expensive but I feel like it's worth it.

I love the Artichoke and Mushroom sub. I could inhale one of those every time I visit. Deliciousness.

The best fries. The pizza sub is better than pizza itself.

Love the Philly Cheesesteak sub & fries!

I webbed order, they messed up my sandwich, I order the corban bleu sandwich with no ham and honey mustard and all I got on it was cheese and Chicken even though it listed for lettuce, mayo, and tomatos.. and when I called them they were rude like they didn't believe me. They also forgot my lemonade.

I am done with Penn Station. This was once my favorite place to go for lunch food was always wonderful. It is no longer that way, after one of the managers left this place has been awful. Yesterday was the last straw, we had our order taken at 12:04 pm, and did not receive our 12 in. chicken salad sandwich until 12:26 pm. The worst part was there was no chicken salad on the sandwich, it was lettuce, cheese, and tomato. Unfortunately we did not notice until we each had our half almost gone. When I addressed this to one of the workers they gave me a tray of chicken salad to spread on my sandwich.That is terrible service.

Awesome subs but snooty people

Definitely one of my favorite places to eat when it comes to subs. Recommend finishing off the meal with one of their chocolate chip cookies. That is if you're a fan of deliciousness.
