Only fast food restaurant I eat at anymore! Other than chipotle.. they are great. They are always so busy but that never seems to effect service/ wait time. And I have never received an incorrect order here they are very consistent and the employees brighten up people's day with their positive attitude. I honestly don't know how they're able to find such great quality staff. Love this place.

I presented an award from Champaign American Legion Post 24 for proper display of The American Flag there. I am impressed with the leadership team in place there.The staff seemed very attentive to customers needs and I noticed that there did not seem to be a long wait for the food to be served.I am looking forward to returning for breakfast sometime soon.

Don't let the long lines fool you their drive thru is amazing. If there is 20 cars in line you won't wait start to finish 3 minutes. We timed it. The food is amazing best chicken ever.

"Grace under pressure". I'm not sure where that expression comes from, but the employees at CFA always seem to have it nailed. This whole covid thing, where they have to come all the way out to your car in the parking lot doesn't phase them a bit. Customer service may be a lost and dieing art, but not at this place. And the fact that the food is top quality doesn't hurt either.

I ordered the grilled cool wrap with the avocado lime ranch dressing. First time trying either but it won't be my last. I could have used 2 packets of the dressing just because it was amazing. Seriously though, the wrap was so good but dipping it in the dressing completely put it over the top. Yummo!

The wait was ok, chicken tenders were small and chicken nuggets were salty. Had the Cobb salad too and it wasn't very good. The chicken from all the items I got on the menu were really dry. Every time I drive by the line is super long so I has high expectation that the food was good. It was disappointing. Service was good though.

They denied my purchase, I went there in my semi truck I was bob tail, parked in the parking lot on my way to the door I was greeting by management and they asked me if they can help me (already showing I'm not welcome) so I say yes I want to place a order and management replied I'm sorry but you can't come in Im like so your going to turn a customer down because cannot fit in drive through with semi truck , let me remind u I had gloves and mask on anti corona wear , smh what kind of establishment is denying costumers now a day I feel like I'm back in the 1950s where I can't go into a place and order food because of my skin color

I had the cold chicken wrap. Technically I had 1.5Wraps, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that I loved it, and I wanted more. But the nuggets leave something to be desired. They are tiny and too expensive, and they really don't even taste all that great.

Everything was good and fresh yesterday they were fast and fresh plus they had a lady walk around and offer to get refill on your drink and I think that was awesome. Plus there lemonade are off the chart good. I will definitely return.

Owner/Operator Bob Williamson saw the U.S Navy hat I was wearing and made a point to thank me for my service. He is a Veteran also. He and his staff make our New Years Day lunch a very wonderful experience. We will recommend them to all our friends and family for the great food and service.

I enjoy the staff, they always greet you and send you on your way with a smile. Food is fresh and delicious. The lemonade though, (in my scar from Lion King voice) "Is to die for" fresh and pairs well with the waffle fries

Great food, served quickly and with smiles. However, the building's interior feels pretty cramped, and it's usually super busy. Most of the time there's lots of noise, and when lines are long, it may take a few minutes for a table to be cleared and cleaned. Just the nature of the establishment, though, as is the taste of good chicken and hot waffle fries!

Drive through is always packed but pick up/curbside is always speedy and nice!

Both times we have visited this restaurant, there has been a fairly long line, but the service was quick, so the wait was not too long. The employees were upbeat & courteous, without seeming artificial. I only wish there was some polite way to dissuade people from claiming a table while their party is waiting in line.....several tables were occupied by a lone individual on their phone, clearly holding a table for their group, while other patrons who had already waited in line and had their food, had nowhere to sit.

The price for what you get is outrageous! The food tasted good but portions are not proportionate to what you pay for. The grilled nuggets look as if two small chicken tenders were cut into 8 pieces. Had to pay extra for fruit side and mac n cheese side instead of fries...1 chicken sandwich, fruit, 8 small nuggets, chips, mac n cheese, 2 drinks cost $23! Just Wow! I guess you have to pay for all the help milling around.

It's Chick-fil-A. Great chicken, super service. One star knockdown because they're so busy they can't keep up with cleaning - sweeping floors, wiping tables, and empty soap dispensers in the bathroom. Almost always packed! Super popular. Just need a chance for the staff to catch their breath.

Love it! Delicious food, especially salads.Lots of lettuce with right amounts of meat and other vegetables along. Child friendly meals with nice picking options, play area is always a delight for the children. Was really full when there at 12:00. But found a table.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience for the second time, we will not return. We made an order previously that was delivered cold and incorrect. We contacted the manager that was working and he agreed to replace the order. We are from out of town and was on a deadline to see a movie. We returned and attempted to redeem our order and was told by the management that we would have pay for the frys and drinks. The management has to maintain a notebook for messed up orders. Replacement food cold again. :(
