I frequent this place on my lunch break, but after today I don't think I will return... placed an online order for ASAP (I understand the wait at the window). The line wasn't moving for 10 minutes (maybe about 4 cars in front of me) so I was able to pull out and park in the online pick up spot. Usually when there's a little rush the line always seems to move quicker, but today was something else. I called the establishment that I am there to pick up my order. I couldn't go in because of everyone shutting restaurants down again . The young woman whom answered the phone was not polite (had an attitude) and I couldn't understand her. There's a way to speak on the phone with your customers. If you don't like your job find somewhere else to work. Times are hard with this pandemic but be (or at least pretend) glad you have a job.

I love smoothie king. Taste and consistency is on point. I like lean 1 strawberry, add blueberries.It's a little expensive, but quality is good. This location is quick, with friendly service.

Every other restaurant in town requires their employees to wear masks, especially when serving customers. Not Smoothie King. Of the 3 employees working on 10/12/20, two weren't wearing masks at all and one had his around his chin. Great brand representation for a company that is supposedly all about fitness and health.

May god have mercy on the poor employees there. It's a wonder they aren't all deaf. I was in there for like 15 minutes waiting for my order and it was so loud it was almost unbearable. Between the teenage girls yelling, the benders, and the music it was overwhelming. It's pretty expensive for a smoothie you could easily replicate at your house. But if you are craving a smoothie in the middle of the workday then this will work. Just don't go inside or you might go deaf.

Rude service and overpriced product. Definitely won't be returning.

Awesome smoothies a little pricey but well worth it

Went here for the first time. LOVED it. Reasonably priced, great options, friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience one that I will go back. It reminds me of a coffee shop type setting to sit back and have conversations. Good Job guys! See you soon!

I've been here a few times and I love it. They have so many options and add-ins (vegan, Keto, etc). The staff are also super friendly, highly recommend this place.As an added bonus, I think the building used to be a car wash because the drive thru is enclosed so it's cool haha.

This was very sad, we are here for wrestling and they closed 30 minutes early. So, the next morning we figured we would stop for Breakfast. Showed up at 8 when they open and there was no one here. Not impressed.

The drinks we got were good, me and my daughter have never been to a smoothie king before so we were reading the menu the cashier seemed rather annoyed. Wasn't very friendly, asked her if there was milk in all of them and she suggested 2 and then told me I had to read. Like 60 drinks, so we got the 2 she offered.

Very clean location. Everyone is driving and have always got my orders right. Covered drive through otd great in rainy weather.

My smoothie was great, but the service was not. The cashier seemed super annoyed with me and had an overall bad attitude. I'm not impressed.

You know, I'm not sure what particular reason makes me dislike smoothie king so much.. but I really don't like smoothie king.. it's not just that the smoothies aren't great, or that they come out different almost every time, or that they mess up so often, or that this reminds me of diet food and being on diets I hate, it's.. you know I guess it's all those things plus the weird environment. Not weird like "weird" kids vs "cool" kids, just weird.. Yeah they're pretty bad

Poor customer service and poor quality of smoothies. This branch almost never makes Nutty super grain smoothie right. It tasteless like water. If before I order I tell them please please make it right, then it will be better but not perfect like other branches. Today I used my reward which was added up to the point that I could get a free smoothie. They gave me a very tasteless nutty super grain smoothie. I went back and asked to fix it, as they have written on their window that we can return it if it doesn't taste right. First, I wasn't welcomed. The guy looked annoyed in that mood said he will make another one. He maid the second one even worse. I had to go back again and throw it to the garbage. This time the guy looked angry rather than just annoyed. So I even didn't ask again and told them I paid it with my rewards, never mind. I don't want any smoothie at all.

Once again I had to wait over 5 minutes for my smoothie when I was the only one in the store or drive thru. Not only did I wait to long I was also given the wrong smoothie again. The same employee has done this to me 3 times, unfortunately today I did not take a drink until I got back to work. I believe the employees name that keeps giving me the wrong smoothie is Courtney D. Also I am very allergic to dairy and that is why I appreciate your vegan options but when I am given the wrong smoothie I end up throwing it away in fear of an allergic reaction.

I was given the greatest up sell line ever here. I was asked if I wanted any add-ons, like a multi-vitamin. I asked how much add-ons were, and the guy at the drive thru said, "89 cents, but you can't really put a price on good health." I got the multi-vitamin. The smoothie was great, too.
