The food is delicious and the price is affordable. The staff is friendly.
Their catered jollof rice and stewed fish was a hit.
This is the most horrible coconut rice I have come across. This food has no business leaving the kitchen or better still it should be removed from the menu. Not only was the food soggy and tasteless it looked nothing like what I order. I love their jollof rice and that's the only reason I decided to be abit daring. This is an epic fail
The best African restaurant in Cook County!
The food was rubbish ..don't eat here
Great tasty authentic Nigerian food
Definitely, my favorite Nigerian spot. Friendly& family atmosphere. Feels my appetite everytime. Thanks to the cooks and servers. My favor is Egusi soup.
Their food is so nice
If I ask for EBA or POUNDED YAM I expect to receive that. Tired of getting AMALA which I do not eat. When I go there to order vs using grubhub the lady is ALWAYS rude. I'll go to Simi's, Dynamic, B&Q Nigerian restaurant OR make my own.
This place is a gem in The North side of the city we had Egusi soup with pounded yam!! It was authentic and simply delicious although they didn't have appetizers they made up for it with their main course!!
One of the best african food in chicago il.
Their really bad at serving , they don't respect people and they always do different thing from what you tell them. Bad customer service
The food is delicious and the price is affordable. The staff is friendly and will explain to you the items on the menu. The restaurant is 30 min away from my house and I will travel no matter what the weather is.
Worst customer service I've experienced in the US.
The food are so good and they are very respectful, try this restaurant is the best
Very unique place to go, nice dishes, mostly African foods, affordable and palatable.
The food is really good but bad customer service. The lady at desk treated me and my quest like we were disturbing her.
I swear on my life and the life of my unborn kids that this is the best pounded yam with efo elegusi i've ever had in my entire life...the best Ayamase also...if i lie make ogun kill me now now
This is a great restaurant i had a nice exprience there.
You can't go wrong with qaato
Disappointed with the customer service....very very poor.
The wait is unbelievable despite paid parking
Best Nigerian restaurant in Chicago
Very poor services, not reliable, uncivilized people and uncultured people. Poor customer service
Good African food
Well cooked african dishes and they serve large portions.
My second house in Chicago...They have the best African food in the city. I often drive 45 minutes to an hour to the restaurant. There are other restaurants around me but if I do not eat here I'm not HAPPY!!!
Loved the vegan food there.
Good food however take 1.5 to.2 hours to get ur food either in person or uber eats..if u r super hungry n looking for something quick this is not ur joint
Good food. But the opening time is a little late.
Good food. Good taste! Anytime..
Qaato is definitely a place to visit if you're in mood for African food.

Food tastes great!
My order was completely incorrect and they refused to fix the problem. The food was alright.
Wonderful west African food. Call in to avoid the wait.
Best african food in town
Felt almost like home
Picked up my food right on time.
Absolutely love the food!
Very poor customer service
All about Nigerian food.
Simply the best Nigerian food.
The food had a real home taste
Bad customer service. Late preparation. A waste of time and was insulted in Yoruba (Nigerian language)
Goat was overcooked, however the egusi is really good.
