I took the gelato making class. It is not interactive like a typical cooking class, but it has a lot of appeal because you get to get a few courses and tons of wine. Great instructors and a wonderful classroom with cameras and TVs.

I have been to two classes: Espresso 101 and How to Cocktail at SABBIA. Both felt like a good value for the money. Not only you learn something new but also you get to taste different drinks/foods which can be altered to your preferences. The instructors were really knowledgeable. As a bonus you will receive a discount coupon to shop at Eataly (I believe it was 10% discount). Great idea for the date night.
