I asked for help with getting a tv and was told they were too busy and what I see is what they have. The manager of the electronics department came and I explained to him I needed help and he just ignored me. I walked to the front of the store and a nice young lady working there helped me get someone to answer questions I had. I bought a tv but was very upset with my experience. If someone asks for help I would expect ok, let me get someone to help you. The 2 electronic men were Hispanic. I thought it was funny when a young Hispanic woman came to ask for help they immediately went over to talk to her and answer her questions. I wanted to talk to someone about this experience but never had the opportunity. Marcos was a nice guy, he helped answer my questions. This happened yesterday night around 7pm.
