We had our wedding catered in September 2020 and we can not stop telling everyone how great of caterers we had! Brian and Shannon were absolutely amazing at answering all of our questions, especially when Covid regulations changed our original plans. Shannon even reached out once she spotted something that may have caused an issue, we quickly figured out the best way to get great food to out guests On the day of the event the crew was quick, professional, and discreet. The food was hot and tasty and our guests were delited by the menu! We choose their Gold Star Chili Menu and it did not disappoint! We were absolutely delighted to have Cincinnati Catering as our wedding caters and highly recommend for all your catering needs!

We used Cincinnati Catering for my son's rehearsal dinner and we loved them. They were so easy to work with to setup our meal plan. During the event the entire staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We were so lucky we found Cincinnati Catering to handle a 130 person brunch at our home following our daughter's wedding. With all the other wedding details needing attention the week before, it was a great relief to not worry a second about the brunch. The planning was seamless, and the menu advice was spot on - when Shannon learned the bride and several guests were vegan, she modified the brunch menus to provide even more delicious options for these guests. The staff quickly and efficiently set up all components of the three stations and then kept everything stocked while our guests arrived over several hours. The clean-up was meticulous - and Cincinnati Catering offers the option of donating extra food - so we truly had our house back to normal afterwards. Our guests loved the food. I would definitely recommend Cincinnati Catering for any event.

When my husband and I first got engaged my mom told me that one of the most important things at the wedding would be the food and she was completely right. We had so many guests ask who we used for catering and even our pickiest family and friends loved the food. The sweet glazed chicken was my favorite but everything was super delicious! We used them for our cake as well and Barb was so helpful with listening and helping me decide what designs for the cake would be best. My grandpa thought the cake was fake because it looked so good. The cake and naked cakes were absolutely delicious as they were beautiful! Brad and his crew were so friendly and helpful! All of the staff were very friendly at the wedding and made our day even more special. I highly recommend them and hope I will be able to attend another event where they are catering because the food is so good. Thank you so much!

First time working with Cincinnati Catering. Hosted a corporate training event, on a Saturday, for health professionals. The driver was so very nice, on time and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was set up just before our class broke for lunch so that the food would remain hot. We received rave reviews on our class evaluations for the quality and type of food served at our event. Great value for the money. Will definitely use Cincinnati Catering in the future!

Took my family to their Mother's Day Brunch, at The Kolping Center. Food was amazing and the event was well organized. When we first walked in they gave all mothers a flower and we got our picture taken by a professional photographer. I thought that was very thoughtful of them. My daughter was able to run around onstage and be a toddler and no one was annoyed and everyone was very friendly. All in all, I was very pleased. I will definitely be back next Mother's Day. I will also be calling Cincinnati Catering next time I have any event that needs catering. WELL DONE!!

Cincinnati Catering may have been the best part of my wedding. They did a wonderful job on the food, let us pick up the linens/chargers/utensils the day before so we could set up, and when our wedding ran late (because what's a wedding without issues?!?) they stuck around and kept the food warm without any complaints. Such a wonderful group and it was such a pleasure dealing with Shannon. I would recommend Cincinnati Catering to anyone who needs to feed a group for any reason.

Cincinnati Catering is awesome. I am so so happy we chose them to cater our outdoor countryside wedding with 230 guests! They were always ready to help, quick to reply to emails, and easy to work with regarding onion and strawberry allergies. Their food was delicious, and OH MY GOSH THEIR APPLE SPICE CAKE IS AMAZING. We chose to have this as our wedding cake, and we didn't even taste it beforehand due to scheduling restraints on my part (NOT due to Cinci Catering's schedule). We were floored by how delicious it was! Many of our guests loved that we chose to do a variety of cakes, and they were all delicious, or so I hear...I was personally unable to try 8 or so different cakes haha. Anyway, they are amazing. Hire them.

The catered meal was for a sit down wedding reception dinner. The entree choices were pasta with sauce and veggie/protein selections not unlike a simple, inexpensive restaurant menu and were chosen by the guests ahead of time. Management acknowledged after the event that they had discussed the difficulty for them in providing this meal service with the bride and groom in advance of the event yet nonetheless still contracted to provide the meal. So management was willing to take our money with the foreknowledge that the result was very likely to be unsatisfactory. The nice lady I talked with said she knows of no company that will decline business so I conclude that potential customers should be wary in dealing with this firm since they are willing to accept customer money with no assurance of a quality outcome. Remember that the catering firm has no "skin in the game". Only 3 out of 8 temp agency food servers showed up for the dinner so the actual table service was doomed to be disorganized and unresponsive from the start. Guests often received food selections different than ordered, the food was lukewarm, the quality of food was comparable to Denny's, and as a finale, they wasted about $350. of Proseco by opening bottles unnecessarily. On the positive side, no one has reported food poisoning. Beware.

The food was good but they didn't bring enough food! There were only 2 dishes left when we still had 3 tables of guests unserved! Very embarrassing!! No apologies from them at all! Highly recommend not to use them as your wedding caterer!!!

I hosted a networking event last night at my office that Cincinnati Catering was hired to bar tend and cater and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the level of service they provided. The event was a huge success! The quality and yumminess of the food they catered was exceptional; the staff on site was professional, timely and super friendly; and the setup/cleanup was done quickly and flawlessly. I will definitely use them again for all my catered events.

Cincinnati Catering catered (buffet style) and provided bar service for my wedding Memorial Day Weekend. Husband and I had attended a wedding which they catered so we decided to check them out. Prior to the event they were always in contact with us, at one point the date got mixed up and they fixed it immediately. Husband gags at sour cream and they removed it from their menu for us. I don't eat red meat and they provided meatless mostaccioli. Prices were very reasonable and for the service, well worth it. People are still talking about how good the food was and there was always plenty of it, some said they had never been so well fed at a wedding - we even got a TON of leftovers to take home. On a side note: you have the option to donate your leftovers to a homeless organization they work with. In all of the wedding chaos, I forgot about that but if you use them, consider the option! What really made me give them 5 stars though was the hospitality of every single one of the staff members. The bar staff was professional and made great drinks, no watered down garbage with cheap liquor, but also when a few friends began to abuse the bar, they did the responsible thing and cut them off. When we (the bride and groom) walked into the hall to do the receiving line they gave us a standing ovation. They even helped us pick up the party and get people on the dance floor at one point! We really could not have asked for a better company to work with.
