I always get pick up and its always ready on time and fresh. little pricier than some other sub chains but worth the extra couple bucks! thanks for always nailing it guys!!

Chicken philly sandwich one of the best in cincy

I switched to subway after being a 13+ year customer. I left jersey mikes because of their rude staff and continuous price increase. There are about 2 good employees there, both male. They took away fries years ago, give you less meat, yet the price continuously increases. Subway gives you complete meals, a sub, chips, drink, plus a cookie for the price of a reg sub at jersey mikes. Subway rocks!

While eating in two roaches walk across the floor . One went the trash can the other soda dispenser. The staff refunded my money no questions. No excuse Wont be eating at this location again.

Big Kahuna Cheesesteak sandwich is good... But I seldom eat here because the pricing is just too high. I can get a full sit-down meal for what a sandwich costs here.

Forever my sub sammich fave..kids love the hot meatball sub. I love that they have gluten free bread that is Yummay, and even without cheese the #13 is stacked and satisfying.

Good food, but staff is very pushy and kinda rude. I experienced this today and yesterday particularly from the two older women. Didn't give me time to thoroughly pick a sub, let alone which toppings I wanted. Kinda got rushed though the line both times. I would've loved to have mayo on my Philly but was rushed into ordering so I luckily got some on the side. After I waited about 10 minutes for the Philly. they acted as if I was bothering them to get some mail packs since they didn't put any on my sandwich

It's ok for fast food

This was my first time to Jersey Mike's chain. The places was very clean, employees were polite, and wasn't busy. The hoagie "sub sandwich" was ok, but there's nothing jersey about this place. If you grew up goin down jersey shores in the summer like I did and eating some of the best food in the country you're going to be disappointed. And can they get there workers some accent lessons, these guys sound like there from Wisconsin.

Called and placed an order and once back to the office realized one of the sandwiches was wrong. Called and was told to come back. Went back and the lady took the wrong sandwich and gave me the right one and said "here". No apology, nothing. Terrible customer service.
