Absolutely love this place. We've been going there for years. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, very clean and the food is amazing. I wish they would always play Turkish music and that they would add new things to the menu sometimes. We are pretty much regulars there!

Review №2

Turkish cuisine. One of the best cuisines in the world in my opinion. Anatolia is a very nice resturant. We tried Combination of Kabob and mix shawerma and Anatolia Appetizers plate. Everything was delicious and perfect. Especially, Adana Kabab. As for the desert we tried there Konafa. Just close this review and go try it. Definitely a must to go in New Orleans.

Review №3

If there was an option to pick negative stars I would have picked that. We ordered 3 fillets mignon and a mixed grill. The food was DISGUSTING!! We had to throw away at least six pieces of meat because they were all unchewable and definitely not fillet which we ordered. It was impossible to eat. The mixed vegetables that came with the meat used to be delicious but it tasted very odd and absolutely disgusting. We used to be very good customers, for more than 14 years, but they totally changed their food quality. This happened two times before and we have complained to the manager but he has just ignored our complaints. We have had enough of the terrible quality and this is the last time we are ordering from them. This place is going to lose a lot business and they should pay more attention to their food quality. :(

Review №4

Best rice pudding Ive ever had

Review №5

Delicious food, great service, and a beautiful patio. Great place to go if you're trying to stick to outdoor dining during COVID. Excellent portions for the money as well. Expect leftovers unless you're starving!

Review №6

We ordered Hummus, Shrimp Saute, and Iskender for carry out. The hummus was great and the pita bread was the best I have had in a long time. The entrees were both great and the serving size for the Iskender was big. The service by Tony was excellent.

Review №7

Anatolia Cafe was pure pleasure. I'm so glad they are surviving the pandemic panic. Food was great; I had a cubed liver appetizer with a taboulli side that was pure food joy. Service was great. I'm not usually a fan of eating streetside but being outdoors sure wasn't their fault. Nice as it could be!

Review №8

One of my favorite spots for delicious turkish food. service is consistently above par. it has a cool interior.

Review №9

Simple, good. I wish they paid more attention to Covid-19 health guidelines but it's very nice to have it close to our place.

Review №10

We're always pleased with the service, ambiance and the quality of the food at Anatolia. We're sorry they removed Stuffed cabbage from the menu. It was better than my mother's! We'll need back.

Review №11

Good food and service. Reasonable pricing!

Review №12

Most disrespectful staff and place i've ever come across in my life. The owner of the place was extremely rude and told me the girl server in the front serving EVERYONE that's come in just came to America and it's not her fault she doesn't know what I want. Worst part is he curses me out because I called his place TRASH. I suggest never to even try this spot.

Review №13

Their food is amazing and I love their pita bread with yogurt dips. Plus, the Baklava!

Review №14

Food was tasty, but nothing special. I think We just didn't order right. Our server was rude and not helpful. I would like to comeback and try something different but not sure if I will do it.

Review №15

Randomly found this restaurant listed on uber eats and ordered food. Love their lamb dishes. Would order again. But maybe not often because their food is delicious but pricey. Would recommend

Review №16

Perfect patio, interior with charming character, felt like I travelled to Istanbul.Great job!

Review №17

This spot is excellent! Affordable prices, considerable dishes and the employees are always very nice.

Review №18

First time coming here and had the pleasure of sitting at a table next to Geraldo Rivera and his family. I had the lamb shank ... huge and tasty. My son had sliced lamb over marinated pita ... and the wife hates lamb but enjoyed her swordfish & shrimp kebabs. Finished off the visit with baklava and Turkish coffee.

Review №19

New owners? Food seems different. Still, tasty. Not as impressed as I have been over the last several years. Three visits in the few months.

Review №20

Ordered lamb chops, lamb kabab and lamb doner for dinner. The food was really delicious and portions were decent. Got rice and salad on side for all the dishes. The lamb has great flavors and was well cooked. The food was well packed. But they missed out the tea in our order, we really wanted to have the tea. Over all great middle eastern flavors and good food.

Review №21

Food is really delicious. it is expensive too.The waiter was not welcoming nor smile. They added the 20% tip amount as an item to the receipt with an extra space to add more tip after signature. She gave the check without a cover. It looks non professional!.

Review №22

This is a good place for dinner as a family.

Review №23

Great food and the French Martini is delicious. We didn't care for the dill martini and they happily removed it from our bill (even lightheartedly chuckled when we let them know we didn't care for it). I ordered a seafood stew, and he ordered the doner. Delicious!

Review №24

One star because I have to put a star and the second for the food being tasty. If you have extra money that you want to throw away in a place that leaves you hungry, then yeah, go ahead. The place is extremely expensive with small portions. For the $100 I paid for my wife and I, I should've had the whole table full of food. The server was a nice dude and the food, as mentioned, tasted really good. My first and last time ever.

Review №25

Absolutely amazing food. Will definitely make it a point to go next time we are in the area. Anthony (our server/bar tender) went above and beyond for one of the best dining experiences I've had in my life!

Review №26

Great food. Outdoor seating. Live music sometimes.

Review №27

Excellent service, fabulous food and great atmosphere! Valet parking made it perfect.

Review №28

The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the lamb kebabs and my friend ordered the salmon. Both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress was very nice as well!

Review №29

Good food, good service.

Review №30

We ordered carry out and everything was delicious. Generous portions, food was nice and warm, seasoning just right, and desserts were scrumptious. Chicken vegetable soup was excellent, can"t wait to try the red lentil soup. Pita was warm and very tasty. My husband's lamb dish had a nice little kick to it, in a very flavorful mushroom and tomato sauce. We will definitely dine here or order out from here again. We also appreciated the recyclable containers! Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner.

Review №31

One of the best restaurants in Cleveland area. Great Turkish food!

Review №32

A group from work (CWRU) like to visit on Fridays, the only week day that they are open for lunch.Today's popular dish from the lunch menu was the Chicken Shish Kebab with white rice and red cabbage. As the appetizer, I chose a cup of Lentil soup. The white-meat chicken was prepared perfectly and served hot. It was pretty busy for a lunch time, but service was quick and courteous. The fireplace was on and made the room feel very comfortable on a chilly and rainy day.I recommend this place to anyone wandering around the Cedar-Lee area looking for a great place to eat.

Review №33

The taste of the food was good! However the kebab mix was not enough for two people!I also tried a dessert kenuffe which was great!

Review №34

The food was good and the staff was nice and attentive. The prices were reasonable for an ethnic restaurant. They have a nice outside seating area. If your in the area it's a good stop to eat. I would probably stop in again if I was in the neighborhood. The dessert was amazing.

Review №35

Always a very lovely experience and the waiter and staff are super accommodating. Invited my mom, grandma and my sister for a birthday dinner just the other night.

Review №36

A great place for Mediterranean food, some of the best Baklava I have had, mains were also delicious.

Review №37

Very nice restaurant to go to and eat outside on the patio. Service is laid back as you might expect at a Mediterranean style restaurant. Food was good. Don't expect five stars, and you will enjoy your time there.

Review №38

Very disappointing- waiter did not know ingredients in the dishes, did not know how they were prepared at this place, could not describe what was in the specials of the day , seemed in a rush to take our order. Pita was stale, stuffed eggplant was a slice of totally overcooked eggplant with ground meat scattered on top and then tomato sauce dumped on top of that. Rice was cold and not fresh. I had to get up three times to find our waiter to ask for things. Restaurant was half full on a Friday night during peak dining hours, which should have been our clue not to stay. Not much in the way of ambiance. I have eaten middle eastern meals in the Middle East and love the food- this was something else, certainly not an accurate representation of delicious Anatolian cuisine. Overpriced, too.

Review №39

Excellent Food and amazing service!! I would definitely go again if I have the chance. I tried the mixed seafood plate and it was one of the best, maybe THE best Seafood I had!! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and very very nice service!

Review №40

I stopped by later on in the evening this last Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. Our server at the bar was great, the food came out quickly and it tasted great.Aside from that, the wine was pretty good for the price. Overall, I will be coming back here again. There are not too many places open on Sunday night past 6-8pm so if you are around here, stop by. The appetizers and wine are great!

Review №41

If you're looking for a good dish you should check it out! I had the lentil soup and lamb kabobs! Definitely try the baklava!

Review №42

Great local spot. Friendly casual family atmosphere. Straightforward and good Mediterranean food. Lots of regular locals.

Review №43

I had " mixed grill" several meats over rice with red slaw. It was really really good. Also the hummus and pita was great.

Review №44

Food has always been good but the service is now disastrous. Even with a mostly empty diningroom, the waiters seem incapable of actually getting anything done. Be prepared to spend hours even to get a pastry served from the case where pastries are kept up front.....

Review №45

Generally overpriced. The food is not nearly as good as authentic Turkish food in Turkey. Dined here 3 times. All 3 times disappointing and expensive.

Review №46

It has a warm friendly atmosphere with a great service. You can experience real Turkish food and good quality. Price is pretty good. We got mix grill stuffed grape leaves and humuses.

Review №47

Special Turkish cuisine absolutely delicious. Price are reasonable. I love it.

Review №48

Super Perfect restaurant everything is very delicious I hardly recommended thanks thanks

Review №49

The hummus was basic, falafel was good. We also ordered the mix grill which was really good. The restaurant has good ambience as well.

Review №50

The place was clean, it was really nice looking on the inside and the service was awesome...The menu wasn't very big but, it has more than enough to stimulate your imagination and fill you up...can't wait to visit the place again...

Review №51

5star plus food and service, friendly and welcoming staff. A must see place!

Review №52

Smells great whn I get my grubhub order

Review №53

The valet service is amazing. owner is as friendly as can be. and amazing food.

Review №54

Great lamb dishes, relaxed atmosphere, service was timely.

Review №55

Place was delicious. Had the sampler app and i thought all of them were good. Then i had the orange duck special. Its literally half of a duck, plus some fried potatoes slice things and rice. It was all fantastic. Duck was cooked perfectly, and the orange was just right. Will he back again for sure.

Review №56

Great food and service, amazing baba ganoush. Prices are just a bit too high for what you get, but it's worth a visit.

Review №57

First time here. The bar is gorgeous and the bartender was super friendly! Loved the French martinis and the chicken kabob wrap. My husband and I just wandered in for happy hour, we will definitely be back for dinner soon.

Review №58

One of the best Turkish food in the US. I have been to Cleveland twice and to this place 4 times. The food is amazing and delicious. The meals are bid and for two. The dessert is so good and it's typical for the ones you may try in Istanbul.

Review №59

Absolutely the best Food I've had in a long time. Totally authentic you need to go.

Review №60

The service was terrible and very very slow. My waiter didn't check on the food once or ask about our meal. The food was below average. The only positive is that the outdoor patio is beautiful and I enjoyed sitting there.

Review №61

We had a really nice meal. The mixed appetizer was nice to share with a group and be able to taste many of the dips. I had the zucchini pancakes, which were not as exciting as I had hoped. The dessert was definitely a highlight. I enjoyed the ambiance and our waiter was very friendly.

Review №62

Nice patio, good food.

Review №63

They have good delicious food but so expensive

Review №64

One of my favorites in that part of town. Food is excellent, and the service has always been very good.

Review №65

So friendly. Such a warm atmosphere. We brought our 18 month old and the server was so conscientious of him. The food was amazing, and the Turkish coffee is a must try.

Review №66

This is the WORST Turkish restaurant I have ever been to!! The place is dirty ( my plate, cup were not clean and the table is stick) the food tastes really funny. I will not be come to this place again EVER!!

Review №67

This restaurant is a must stop..... Some of the best food I have had in a long, long time. The tenderloin shish kabobs are so delicious not to mention the cube liver and some of the best liver bites I've ever had... even if you don't like liver you have to give this liver a try...... We had a great experience and I have been there several times since the first time we went there back in February 2019..... I highly recommend.... You will not be disappointed......

Review №68

Based on other reviews, we came to Anatolia Cafe to try the Kunefe. The reason I have given two stars instead of one is because the Kunefe was good, even though slightly burned around the edges. However, the service at this restaurant is so poor, I would not recommend it. We entered the restaurant from the rear entrance and passed several staff as we tried to find our way to the host to be seated. Not one staff member pointed us in the direction of the host. Upon, finding our table, water was poured and we were left without a word. When our server returned, he took the order and delivered it without speaking and never returned to the table. When we were finished, we had to ask another staff member to find our server, who replied he had no idea who it was, nor did he try to find out. We had to leave the table and pay the bill at the front entrance. We also took some Baklava from the front display case as take away. Our server finally printed the bill on which automatic gratuity was tacked on for both the Kunefe and the Baklava which was never even brought to the table. I have never had this experience in restaurant in Ohio before and I will not be inclined to return here.

Review №69

We stopped in impromptu. The concensus was that it was a romantic place with good food. Only half of the party was hungry, so we got a mix of meals and appetizers. All of the food was good. I got a Kafka in a soft roll that was on special. It was great and I was still thinking about it the next day. The other hit was shredded zucchini in the form of a potato pancake that had a minty aftertaste. I'm a fan.

Review №70

It was great! Waiter was extremely friendly and very helpful. Never rushed you, gave u time to enjoy the appetizers before bringing out the main course. Even recommend special dessert.

Review №71

Great food and ambiance, great customer service.

Review №72

Pricey but the food was delicious.

Review №73

A favorite location for tasty Turkish food. Will surely make a return trip. Prices were reasonable. Food is like a place in Baltimore I liked.

Review №74

Excellent food, service, & decor! The sauted shrimp w/ bulger was so soooo good!

Review №75

Amazing Turkish food with lots of great options.

Review №76

Ermaguard, I grew up eating Middle Eastern foods, and this place brings it!

Review №77

Service is excellent, they take pride in Turkish culture. Food was amazing, being European I was convinced North American food is terrible, happy to be proven wrong. If you are a dessert fan, you're sweet tooth will be taken on a grand tour. The menu isn't extensive but is perfect if you want to experience a little taste of Turkish/ middle Eastern cuisine. The mixed grill I ordered was delicious, with juicy bits of meat and good amount of rice - salad portion could have been bigger but I guess I am a salad lover, also the sauses on the side were delicious and not too spicy. In short, I would definitely recommend giving your palate a new experience.

Review №78

We went to Anatolia only to try Kunefe and must mention that it was one of the best desserts I ever had. Must try :)

Review №79

Very delicious upper scale Turkish food, it has all of the classic Turkish dishes made fresh and super well. It is a bit pricey, but they are generous with the entree portions and the Turkish tea is fantastic. I gave it 4 stars because the hummus appetizer was way over priced for the portion they gave.

Review №80

Very nice!

Review №81

Expensive place to eat as dinner with 3 drinks, and small mixed appetizer is $100 or more. Quality Turkish food well prepared and presented. Portions are modest. To get this meal for half price you would have to travel to Istanbul.

Review №82

I ordered takeout close to $50 this past Saturday and the food was worthless. I'm so upset. The falafel were not fully cooked, they were too big, and hard on the outside, and wet batter inside. The pita bread was stale; the Shepard salad size has been decreased, but the price remains the same. I have always been slighted with receiving quality food/service when visiting this establishment, and feel they are biased in service to people of color (I'm sure of it). So people of color beware if you order from here. I'm done after this last experience.

Review №83

Great food and atmosphere, plus they have the best kunafa and chocolate mousse in all of Cleveland!

Review №84

Great atmosphere, service and the meal was excellent!

Review №85

Great food, service and place but it's kinda pricey. I like to start with hummus. Then, having lamb kabob and lamb chops. They are so delicious. Then we usually get kunava and Turkish coffee.

Review №86

Best baklava in Cleveland, hands down

Review №87

Incredible food, we enjoyed a nice late dinner after an evening at the theater.

Review №88

The food and service are great! I plan on coming back sometime for happy hour. The yogurt/salt drink is good.

Review №89

The patio was perfect on a Friday to enjoy conversation, dinner and people watching. A platter of appetizers included our favorite roasted peppers and hummus. My chicken kabobs were perfectly cooked as usual. A chocolate mousse with whipped cream and raspberry sauce was a fitting finish.

Review №90

The food was great and the portions filling, will look forward to coming back again!

Review №91

Great food! Usually good service. My only complaint would be that the service is slow at times. Otherwise, overall a great restaurant. The dessert is fantastic as well.

Review №92

Amazing food. Been here numerous times and my family loves it. We have tried almost everything on the menu from the humus to liver to lamb shish kabobs to desserts. They have this one dessert that is served warm, shredded wheat with cheese inside and drizzled with honey and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios on top - sounds odd - but it is delicious! Nice staff. Nice atmosphere & clean. Valet parking if you cannot find street parking.

Review №93

Great food and amazing place.

Review №94

It was a great restaurant and the best food that I have eaten since I came to Cleveland. Everything is nice

Review №95

Fantastic Turkish cuisine and such nice valet and staff. Great wine list as well!

Review №96

Normal restaurant is neither good nor bad. The bad thing about them is the service, and yet they force you to pay a tip, I do not recommend going to it

Review №97

Awesome food and service. One of the best restaurants in Cleveland

Review №98

I was shocked today with the foodIt was half cooked? Taste is differentIt wasn't normal like every timeServices is not bad with the new guys

Review №99

Covid friendly

Review №100

Awesome food and great staff!
