Really great environment and good service.Have so many different flavors to choose! I do recommend their dark chocolate brownie and lemon! Tasted really good!

I've been in a few times this summer and I always see people in line pull down their face mask to eat their ice cream. I know you can take your mask off sitting at a table, but people should not be taking their mask off to eat ice cream and talk in line. You can wait to get out the door. Graeters, please put up a sign to encourage customers in line to keep their masks on!!!!

If you love blueberry pie, you need to try their Blueberry Pie Ice-Cream. It's delicious! Tasty ending to a fun evening.

Black Forest cake ice cream was delicious, as was the peanut butter chip. I don't have a lot of taste (due to radiation) but I sure can taste theirs!

Great selection, friendly service.We visited for dessert on a Wednesday evening. The three of us had a single cup of Buckeye Blitz, a double cup of coconut chocolate chip and bourbon pecan, and a chocolate shake. Everyone was thrilled with their choices. We would definitely come back on a future visit. The only item preventing a 5-star rating was staff leve, as only two people were racing around trying to serve a long after-dinner crowd.

Just wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved review! Came in for a quick snack with my wife and was immediately greeted and taken care of. I believe the young man we worked with was named Jack (taller, dark hair). He had a smile the whole time and was there ready to make any recommendations if needed. Coming from someone who works in management, he is the exact person I look for when adding to my team. He even held the door for us when we left! Small gestures like that show the standard this store sets, and I loved it! Keep up the good work!

I usually have a positive experience at any Graeter's, but the people here seemed particularly friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to be working there and glad to make your special bowl of ice cream.I would recommend trying whatever seasonal flavors are out when you go. They just retired Pumpkin and now have Cinnamon or Peppermint for the holiday season.If I don't get one of those, Black Raspberry Chip is definitely my go-to. But Salted Caramel Chip or Buckeye Blitz are good options, too!

I guess having a conversation with a customer in a empty store is not allow here from the way the manager kaila (I think that's her name) acted towards me cutting the conversation with her very short. I feel pushed out. I love Graeters ice cream and believe me with that attitude I could save money and went to Sonic.

There is nothing wrong with the ice cream and other items but I believe it is overrated my many in the area. I don't find it to be anything special. With that said, again, there is nothing wrong with the ice cream here.

Staff was rude (Jun 15, 18 @ 10:30 pm). Wife had left wallet at home and ask if they could try Samsung Pay. The staff refused to try. Knowing some people are confused with technology she asked if they would just try (Samsung Pay works at most terminals) and the staff was nearly yelling at her... She's never been so embarrassed. Regardless of whether it worked or not they could have been more professional. I do wonder if they would have treated her different if she was not a Chinese female.

The "peanutbutter" topping is some sort of epoxy-like glue. I feel sick! :/ Had to throw my ice cream out as it was smothered and died in the cup! Overall, the ice cream is good and the people are very friendly.

Had a raspberry chocolate chip milkshake, which I always get at Graeter's, and it had absolutely no raspberry flavor. It was essentially a cup of milk and chocolate chips. Someone behind me ordered a few minutes after me and I was waiting for my shake and the guy working gave my shake to the next person in line so maybe there was a mix-up or he forgot that I gave him money in return for ice cream? I'm not sure but I wasn't impressed with this Graeter's.

I'd like to think the random stranger who handed us the $10.00 gift card. It made our first experience here very nice. We will be sure to do the same next time we go.

Not really that great. Their chocolate ice cream tastes like Breyer's or any store brand you can find. Kinda annoying there seems to be kids managing kids and they always have their high school buddies hanging out gabbing away. Either way for the price its not worth it. And at both locations in Dayton there is always freezer burnt pieces in whatever they serve me. If anyone thinks thats normal for hand dipped ice cream its not....youngs dairy can vouch for that!
