Received coupon in mail, expires 3/3/19Was told after a 10 minute hold, I "wasn't supposed to get that coupon" and that it wouldn't work. Called Grand location and was told "dude I don't make the coupons bro", asked to speak to manager and was denied. Apparently there "aren't any bro" according to the rude kid I talked to. Called corporate, and didn't even get an answer. Absolutely ridiculous service, or should I say lack thereof. Will not be coming back, and am looking forward to talking to corporate if they decide to call me back, which I highly doubt considering the service 2 locations have showcased thus far.
