Been to firehouse in van buren 3 times awsome told friends how great i bought 3 ny steamers from rogers fort smith ??? what happened so little meat they all said subway was better. i will stay loyal to van buren ar fire house

Friendly staff but they aren't very good at making sandwiches. Went by today and ordered, went back to work and there wasn't any meat! Only lettuce tomatoes and sauce and I paid extra for double turkey. I don't plan on being back

Quick-service and got my order right

Usually this place is very good! But for some reason when my husband went to grab myself and him a sub for dinner, the employees were very angry it seemed. They seemed to be in a rush, despite there being no one at the place, and they asked him "Last one??" like they wanted to close early, even though they close at 9pm.. and it was only about 5pm.We also got double meat, which I really didn't enjoy, because it was way too much meat...I will be going back, but I hope to not get the same employees again.

Awesome food about the same price as subway, less customizible then subway but better service. The employees walk around the restaurant and ask to if you need anything while you eat. They will even fill your drink for you if you ask. Sanwhiches are about 10 inches long

This is by far the best sub sandwich from a chain restaurant you can get! Better bread,more meat (tastier too), and better steaming and toasting than competitors.

Subs are the best we've ever had. We've traveled around the country and no one comes close to making a perfect sub and such kind ,helpful employees. Keep up the good work.

Good food

The food was not ready for pickup when I got there and the New York Steamer was soggy and bland. Certainly not worth the premium price paid.

Manager was extremely rude to the employees for no reason. They were doing their jobs amazingly and being very professional, unlike their "superior". Great food and great service doesn't always mean there's a great manager behind the scenes.

The firehouse smokehouse brisket is simply the best sandwich you can get. The flavors are out of this world. And who doesn't like the coke one machine.

Normally I love the New York Steemer. But this time it wasn't so good. Meat over steemed. Something was missing. I told them to make it the same as they have made it the last 10 years. I forgot these kids probably only worked there awhile don't know how any thing was made 6 months ago. Only how to do a touch screen buttons. Lol

Eating area was very dirty, no clean tables. I didn't like that the guy ringing me up charged me separately for a drink and then told me I couldn't have chips even though I ordered the "meal." Apparently you have to specifically ask to make it a "combo" which would have been much cheaper than charging me separately for the sandwich and drink. Food is just OK.
