Waited 35 minutes for an order in their drive-thru ( They operate KFC/LJS). After waiting that long, order was short (paid for 8 Pcs, recieved 6 1/2). Thier asst manager ACKLIN merely said sorry bout that at first, but when I returned due to order being short and demanding it be remade correctly, remade the order and gave a cake as to make up. Called their corporate office and did not even receive a reply, so I reported it to the two franchises they represent here in Greenville. STAY AWAY, poorly managed!!!!!!
