Quick order, in and out of the drive through. Food was fully cooked and delicious with the buttermilk sauce. Perfect for the day.

Literally one of the best I've been to. Employees all seem nice and the food is great. The burgers look delicious! They always have fresh or crisp lettuce and the meat doesn't look like it has been frozen for months. Everything looks fresh and this location probably gives one of the best representation of burgers in a sense that they look like they should. The burgers look like the pictures on the menu bar. This is by far the best Jack in the box place I've been to.

Always what you expect. Is it the BEST food, no. Is it the healthiest, no. It's fast food after all, but they are consistent. You know what to expect. They also have great deals almost ALL the time. Never have an issue with this location.

I like the good here, Jacks Munching Meal served after 9pm.

I Love jack n the box! One of my favorite fast food restaurants. I usually get the sourdough jack combo medium fries and drink but later lately I have been finding myself leaking towards the number 12 which is a chicken sandwich. For breakfast you can't go wrong with the ultimate breakfast sandwich. Or the extreme sausage for that matter. My girlfriend always gets the loaded breakfast platter. And always a nice chocolate shake to go ish it up.

I mean its jack in the box, all i get is the milkshake 100 perfect

Went on an outing with my students and the staff there were great! Very nice and helpful, it didnt take long to receive our orders. And a Classic Strawberry Milkshake is always fantastic!

This place never fails to impress. They have fantastic food for reasonable pricing, there are no long waits even when the place is busy.

Came for my favorite Teriyaki Bowl, and was disappointed on how it was not even topped off. There was more veggies and just about 1 1/2 inches of rice. The cashier was very friendly and polite.

This location is ok. It's in a cool area near city college. I guess go there if you need to get a quick bite before jumping on a flight at the Ling Beach airport.

Took way too long for 2 burgers. Wasn't sure if they went to kill a cow and butcher and grind the meat themselves seriously like 15 minutes.

Love them tacos! Drive thru tacos and kids meal strips. fast service friendly cashier. Location doesn't get as packed when I've passed by. I also like the fact that they have cameras in the back. I heard one time from the speaker. "It's not a drug smoking place please leave the jacks parking lot." I was surprised! But glad due to the fact I had my daughter with me. Thanks Jack for going out of your way!

Open late, cheap and good customer service

I love Jack in the box I visited several locations. This one in particular is horrible. Filthy windows and the worst customer service. I ordered chicken strips which where burned beyond recognition then when I asked for another I was assured by the manager that all of their chicken comes burned the same way. After waiting I was given the exact same box I had returned to them. Also their milkshakes have a strange texture.

Great customer service but dont ask for lettuce wrapped anything...chicken in a bowl surrounded by lettuce is not lettuce wrapped nothing...

I had ordered 4 tacos and the first talk I bit tasted nasty had to spit it out second taco the same thing, and I even told my husband to try it and he even said the tacos where gross.Told the cashier my tacos tasted worried she got really offensive. All i ordered was a tortilla with 2 scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese but instead i recieved a tortilla filled with undercooked eggs and grease. threw out most of it and feeling sick from the grease

Food was usual. I sat in and ate with my friend and the workers gossiped about their personal life even while a guest was waiting.

It's only J in the box, what can you say. This one was clean and efficient.

Pretty busy location in the mornings. The service is usually very good and fast. Good fast food if visiting later in the day.

All I can say is GRATE TACOS It's been a very long time scents I had them I live in Utah and they don't have one there. Wish they did

Their staff is a little stand-offish as if they really don't like their job, which is probably true but unprofessional to make it noticeable. Food is always fresh and good. Bathrooms are clean half the time and not so clean the other half.

The food and front counter service was good, though a little slow for a small order . The parking lot and front were full of homeless people and druggies hanging out or sleeping in their vehiclesWith the revitalization of the neighborhood, the druggies and the homeless will hopefully now get help, or start to hang out elsewhere. They hang around because of the bicycle shop right around the corner.

I enjoy Chicken sandwhich with sourdough bread, curly fries, with Dr. Pepper.

Its vast food but they are nice. But stay in your car there's about 5 homeless people. The guy with the cart who's old is harmless but the young guys are creepy in you have kids with you

Quick inexpensive snack. Couple of tacos - yes at a burger place. Mostly lettuce and beans but nice crispy shell.

The food is always pre-cooked and heated up.

Location needs better customer service training

Fast, friendly, and almost always accurate. This is a go to spot when I'm in a hurry and looking to get some decent fast food.

This is my go to place for fast food near Long Beach City College. They get my order right, the food looks and tasted good and they are pretty fast even when the drive thru line is long. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is their lack of understanding of what "extra ice" means - not 5 or 6 more cubes added after the cup is filled, but a cup filled with ice then add the soda.

Ordered the 3 taco meal with curly fires and got regular fries. Told the cashier and she was going to charge me extra for the curly fries.. I told her I work in the food industry and that's not really good customer service..

Tucked away a bit, so it is usually quiet and quick. Parking is no problem, and the service has always been great.
