Met the owner through work and saw he is a great guy. I have been meaning to start a weight control journey, and finally met with Jason. I will be placing my first order on Wednesday so I can pick it up on Sunday. Excited to start this!

This is by far the best meal prep service in OKC, and possibly the whole state. I say that after trying several franchises online and a few local in Texas......Always go with LOCAL businesses! Love these meals for my workout/work life goals!

Delicious, nutritious food cooked far better than I could for a very reasonable price. Worth every penny to not have to spend my weekends prepping my own meals. My favorites are the Baja chicken burrito bowl, chicken Caesar salad, SW chicken salad, chipotle chicken bowl and any of the chickens...the pulled pork is also really good.
