The 4 of us stopped in and decided on inside vs. outside seating. Our server Kimmy was most attentive for our drink orders as well as dinner orders and follow up a true 5 employee. I ordered the special Shrimp with Scallops on Spaghetti with Spinach as opposed to Tomatoes a real 5 offering. Bill, as always, ordered an appetizer which was Meatballs ($10) which was outstanding with just the right amount of sauce and again a real . Another guest ordered the Chicken with Goat Cheese over Spinach as opposed to pasta again another 5 dish. Next guest ordered the Chicken Alfredo over Pasta which also came out as ordered add 5 more . Appetizers were Calamari and Tomato Basil soup which came out hot and enough to share. You also have to try the Garlic Bread which comes with the meal it is unbelievable and can even get seconds. Total bill was $120 and well worth the price. This is a great well priced restaurant in the Market Commons and highly recommend it to you and yours.

Love love love it here! So sad to see that the tortellini is gone; however, the waitress was more than happy to accommodate my pesto dish request based on a photo taken of my previous visit. It wasn't tortellini, but I enjoyed it just as much! The bread is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful! The food is always fantastic. Reasonably priced for the portions as well. We always need to go boxes. We really enjoy the market common atmosphere too. Can't say enough positive things about this restaurant! Go experience it for yourself!

Review №3

Would be 5 stars but they REMOVED my pork medallions and the girl hostess greeting people wasn't greeting or personable...1st thing out of her mouth was "you need masks".. and you need to learn hospitality skills..Our service was amazing.. had a waiter in training that is going to be great. And ultimately enjoyed my new favorite.. filet with marsala...yum!

Review №4

I took my daughter's here for a girls date; my daughter had the tomato basil soup which they said they serve year-round it was amazing along with a Caesar salad. I had the chicken marsala but I substitute the mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta; I had to add a little salt and pepper but it was delicious as well. My youngest daughter had the chicken alfredo hers also needed a little extra alfredo sauce and a little seasoning. The bread is a little hard to chew but definitely delicious. Our server was Bryce and he was amazing. We will be back.

Travinia is a lovely place for a date night or dinner with family. They have a great selection of wines and the food was exquisite. The waitress we had was extremely nice, we never ran out of water and she was extremely accommodating to anything we needed. I especially loved the calm atmosphere they have applied using quiet colors and lights that were fairly dim. 10 out of 10 I will definitely be eating here again!

Review №6

Tarvinia Italian Kitchen Restaurant is a difficult one, The interior is very well lit and spacious so you dont feel crapmed while dining. the restroom facilities are clean, but the floor was sticky but that could be for multiple reasons. You have a view of the kitchen so you can kinda see what the staff is working on. They have a wide of variety of wines to taste and purchase. Now the food was a bit overpriced for their taste. Their spaghetti from Capelli to linguine were not that good, sauces were way to heavy for my liking. My order of Sinatra chicked was okay but the linguine was. Cold. Seafood was nice too not bad. Their chicken was nice, their complementary bread was excellent the same goes with the rest.

Review №7

I wanted to treat myself to a nice meal. Well I found a perfect place. Travinia is very clean and beautifuly designed. The bread they bring out is fresh and warm. It was very good. I ordered the chicken scalloping and it was amazing! I also got a Caesar salad which unfortunately very anchovy tasty and wasn't to my liking but they were great about switching it to a house salad! I added a side of Brussels sprouts and they were amazing! I usually do not eat dessert but since everything was so delicious I could not resist plus remember this was a treat for myself. Of Course it was amazing as well. I would definitely come back here again! The next time I come back I get bring my Mi Vida! I love bringing him to new and delicious places.

Review №8

The food was good but not hot. Our server tried hard but either he was forgetful or the kitchen was. Overall I would try them again the next time We're in town. This was off season, they were not busy so this review shouldn't be as bad as it is.

Review №9

The food here was amazing! I had the chicken dish with goat cheese and spinach, it was mouth watering. My other family member got the chicken baked dish and it was very delicious! Others at the table got the lasagna and the short rib rigatoni and it was to die for. HIGHLY recommend this place to all !!

Review №10

I have got to give a shout out to our server this evening. Jay! You were amazing. I took my wife and family to Travinia in Market common for her birthday dinner. I wanted tonight's to be memorable and fun. Jay was a huge part of that for us. Thank you so much for letting us crack up and have fun! I will be requesting you for our server the next time we are there. Thanks again to Jay!

Review №11

Dinner here is always a treat. Freshly prepared, real Italian, always new specials. Fun having live music with dinner. Kimmy, our server, was attentive without being intrusive. Great night out!

Review №12

Loved the food. It was great. Very friendly employees. Great atmosphere. Most definitely going back.

Review №13

The food was delicious. Our server Kimmie was excellent. She had a great attitude. I definitely reccomend this restaurant if you are in the area.

Review №14

Great food and great service. Live music is nice, but a too loud for the setting. Food portions are not always consistent. Overall great Italian restaurant!

Review №15

Hello! We have been here with my niece, a couple of hours ago today on June, 14th 2020. Dash was our waiter! Not only was he great, but also the two ladies he brought about to us, who were giving recommendations about food and drinks and desserts. Very nice people. The food outside on our table was excellent, the service was 5 stars, making us feeling as at home. My niece and me definitely recommend this wonderful Italian restaurant because of its exclusive service, food and amicable people here. They understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE means, serving both of us - main crew flight attendants. We wish this restaurant all luck and continued success in the future! You are doing a great business. Thanks for what you do!!

Review №16

My husband and I just finished our dinner. We had a great server named Josh who was a joy to talk to. His offered exceptional serve and went out of his way to see that we had a special evening .

Review №17

My experience with my husband and I at this restaurant was remarkable! Our server Josh recommended an apple crumb dessert and every bite was a dream and the food was so good. We will definetly be coming back!

Review №18

Phenomenally good food, with an awesome happy hour to match! Also incredible service...Craig behind the bar took great care of us during our visit. Be sure to stop by when in Market Common!

Review №19

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Service is always great and the food is delicious. My personal favorite menu item is the Pollo Isabella, but I haven't tried a single thing I didn't greatly enjoy. Even the classic spaghetti is the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The drinks are good too and aren't weak or watered down-tasting like some places (one of my biggest pet peeves ). I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Review №20

Being on vacation with a friend we always look for places to get a bite to eat or a glass of wine. The staff was professional and friendly. They have great choices on the menu not to mention the deserts. They have a wide array of wines to choose from and specialty drinks depending on what it is you like. It's causal to upscale and we definitely felt welcomed.

Review №21

Went for wine and jazz. I can't comment on the food other than the nachos looked huge. The server kept all the change, though, which I thought was really weird. I wouldn't have given that much to him, and wanted to give the rest to the band. But he got it when I was in the restroom and my friend didn't think to ask for it. He served me 1 drink and us a bottle of wine, which we poured most of that. That was just crazy to me, that he'd do that. Or maybe that's the norm, there? Either way, jazz was awesome.

Review №22

A must to go to have an Italian dinner. Excellent, clean and a great staff. Go there hungry.

Review №23

Amazing food. Josh was the best waiter. Thank you

Review №24

Excellent GF dinner, our server Josh was very informative and attentive. Definitely coming back!

Review №25

Amazing Italian food, soft ambient lighting, live jazz is a perfect combination for an evening out with your loved one. We love this place!

Review №26

Food was amazing. Service was great.

Review №27

Authentic Italian cuisine! Once inside the building, "Class Act!"Every course was elegantly prepared and timely served.Everything we ate tasted divine!Price was about 4 out of 5 $ (but worth every bite) !!

Review №28

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. HIGHLY recommend. I didn't even get photos because the food was so good & amazing we ate it too fast.

Review №29

Restaurant is open and doing great job adhering to DHEC/CDC guidelines. Well spaced tables, patron counts, servers wearing masks and gloves, waiters wiping down menus. Service was amazing, Dash was helpful with recommendations, knew the menu well and was prompt. Food was good, had the chicken scallopini, hubby had the scallops over risotto. Great flavor, nice presentation. Located in market commons with easy walk from multiple parking areas.

Review №30

Josh was great! Good service and willing to go above and beyond.

Review №31

Great food and excellent service! Nestled right in the beautiful little neighborhood, beautiful gardens to walk after you eat! Great place for a romantic date.

Review №32

Impeccable service, fabulous food, nice atmosphere with live music.

Review №33

There is no better place to be on a Friday night, tuning into an excellent jaz z combo play sty-lings that transform this nice Italian Eatery into a place much more hip than it was earlier in the day. For a few hours your taken to distant times and places as you listen to this eclectic group of masters weave their music into the night, but it only last for a couple of hours so you better get there and get your seat along with an excellent desert or entree and just let your mind drift for a little while.

Review №34

During this time we need to support our local favorite places in market Commons, even though only the patio was open.... It was excellent! You got to love the management and this staff ️! Oh Craig Oh Lizzi waiting on my specialty drinks you made...... During the competition

Review №35

Nice atmosphere nice people , food was over cooked and the price was high for over cooked food.

Review №36

This place is truly the best Italian food I've ate in Myrtle Beach. The service was great even when they were busy. The chicken parm was the best I have put in my mouth. I really enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the restaurant and will be back very soon. The location is very convenient for a night at the movies being right next door to the theater.

Review №37

Great atmosphere nice music and the food was delicious!

Review №38

Great food and service!

Review №39

I walked in, the hostess sat me down, I waited over 25 mins to have someone to serve me or at least to say something to me, all employees walked by me like blinds lol, I called the server who was right next to me and he looked at me and didn't care really, train your team how to greet your guest and take care of them, very poor and weak service. This is second time and same thing happened couple years a go, too sad but I wanted to give them another shot, but looks like they don't appreciate a guest.

Review №40

Late lunch today, ordered the special and food was Luke warm when arrived. Had to request the waitress twice for grated Parmesan cheese. Martinis were fantastic.. will sit at bar next time for better service!

Review №41

I had the ahi tuna salad and it was fine. The tuna was well cooked. The salad was a basic bag of spring greens with a dollop of mango salsa. However, our service was deplorable . We arrived on a Tuesday at 12:30 and had called a month in advance to make a reservation and ensure the restaurant could accommodate a party of 15. There were only 4 other tables occupied so they should have easily been able to handle our group. It took an hour to receive our food and when we asked our waiter about the delay- he was extremely rude telling us we should expect delays with a large party. There was also some confusion with the lunch soup and salad combo price and our waiter's response was “oh well...”It took us 2 hours to get our food and pay....never again.

Review №42

FANTASTIC! Favorite place we ate on our recent trip to Myrtle Beach. Chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was 10 out of 10! Gluten free pasta was the best and everyone raved about their selections. Food, drinks, desserts, atmosphere, and harpist were all great. Our server, Jalen, was awesome and was part of what made our visit so great. Will return!

Review №43

Cob webs, dust, very dirty booths and rugs. What does the kitchen look like? Yuck!

Review №44

It was excellent, loved the mussels. We will be back soon .

Review №45

Excellent service from Denzel. For an appetizer I had the stuffed portobello mushroom stuffed with sausage spinach smoked mozzarella topped with a balsamic glaze. My lunch was chicken breast lightly breaded and fried with spinach tomatoes feta and a wine sauce. My friend had calamari which was also good.

Review №46

Wait staff very friendly. Watch out the bread is addictive. Spiced shrimp on flatbread is a great meal with a salad. If you like cheese boy you're in for a treat. No waiting in lines. Try it you'll like it.

Review №47

Awesome at The Market Common s

Review №48

Both mine and my wife's meal was delicious, and Kyler, our waiter was great!

Review №49

The portions here are fair, and the servers are fun. I enjoyed the conversation with our server more than I actually enjoyed the food, which was sort of miserable. Certainly overpriced, and genuinely not worth it. Travinia seems to think it's a lot more than it is, aside from the Ritz, the food really isn't all that good. All that fancy stuff doesn't matter if your food isn't good.

Review №50

So far great. We didn't care that they didn't have their liquor license, since my husband does not drink and I didn't care to drink that evening. Had the Italian Nachos, very tasty. Overall the food was good. Service was excellent.

Review №51

Do you normally give your employees their W2s or not? I have a relative that worked their and can't file their taxes without. Please advise.

Review №52

Best Italian food I have ever had. Service is off the charts with kindness. Very respectful and they take the time to listen to your order. They make you feel welcoming with conversations. Accommodating to allergies. Gluten free pasta and sauce was out of this world. Located in South Carolina close to Mrytle Beach but more in town. (Very nice part of town)

Review №53

Had the Tuscan crepe and it was very bland. The chicken was tough as though it was boiled with no seasoning at all.

Review №54

The chef is very authentic with Italian food.We started out with steaming not garlic rolls and a dipping sauce, very good. There were several salad choices, I tried the apple one with blue cheese. Our waitress said it was huge,so we decided to share it, it arrive on two plates, she was right both plates were more than enough,so good also. All four of us had different dishes, huge portions very good. My husband had a special with huge scallops. I reccomend this restaurant.

Review №55

This is my most favorite restaurant. The food, the drinks, & the atmosphere together are A++ in my book. The live music they have on Wed and Fri nights just adds to it. I have been here a lot and it's always great. It's very romantic and classy, no restaurant I'd rather go to.

Review №56

Very nice new year's dinner. Great staff took very good care of us. ThAnks Kimmie!!

Review №57

Out for Valentine's dinner. Nathan C, our waiter was great. Overall a pleasant experience.

Review №58

I had the Lasagna Bolognese for lunch and it was great. I did not know that the restaurant was open for lunch but I happened to be in the area. Sat at the bar which was a nice setting where you can watch TV, have drinks, and look out at what's going on in the street.

Review №59

Great food and service

Review №60

Food was great as well as the service! I enjoyed the harp player.

Review №61

Favorite "not on the beach" bar/restaurant! Wednesday discount appetizers & drinks @ fantastic food! Ya gotta try it!!!

Review №62

Love this place, TRY IT

Review №63

AMAZING PLACE.. it's a must. The most romantic restaurant in myrtle. The jazz band is very good. The food is the best and the staff is very friendly..

Review №64

Good good music. Only complaint would be if you buy lasagna for 17 you could get at least one side ie salad.

Review №65

Great place to hold a event. Staff was very attentive.

Review №66

Dont eat here they have mold in their walk in. They left these sit in the walk in for over a month while putting food in their walk In without covering it up. The mold even spread to the shelves WHERE they keep the food I used to work there.

Review №67

Overpriced and lacking the night we went... However, our server was excellent and personable, which improved the experience very much.

Review №68

My husband and I went to Travinia for dinner tonight while on vacation. Immediately we were told they were not serving alcohol because they didn't have their liquor license. It was definitely upsetting given it's a WINE BAR to not have a bottle of wine as we're here celebrating our anniversary. Despite that disappointment, we stayed for dinner and I'm glad we did! The bread was tasty, although they could use actual Italian herbs in the olive oil, not just pepper. But our pasta dishes were very tasty and had lots of meat. We both enjoyed them. We ordered tiramisu and that was a huge and utter FAIL! It was a bunch of whipped cream basically with some small lady fingers and some coffee sprinkled on top. We could not finish it and it definitely was not tiramisu. The desert was sad, we wished we could have wine, but the service and pasta were great.

Review №69

Awesome food and great service. Italian nachos...enough said.

Review №70

I went to this place last night and was so disappointed in the service. As a restaurant consultant I can be more critical but I am really going by what others were saying. It is a nice looking place all look very professional and I observed one lady waitress they seemed to be engaging properly but they need training and to top it off I could hear staff talking poorly about new owners and the way they were treated. (REALLY)

Review №71

Travina has been our go to for Italian food. As always the food is excellent and bountiful. Our Server Denzel is the best server we have ever encountered. He was on the spot when we needed something. I ordered the veal Parm and my wife ordered Shrimp Messina. Both dishes were excellent

Review №72

Food could be a little better, seems like they didn't want to put enough cheese on the mac and cheese, very little lemon butter sauce reveal, took forever to get our drinks and it seems there only 2 servers working the entire restaurant. Definitely needs Improvement. Disappointed since the last time I was there. Too much other competition they need to step it up

Review №73

The wait staff was great and very nice. Food not so good. Sent salad back because of brown and black spots. Grilled chicken cannelloni dish was nothing but cheese. The special shrimp & scallops scampi was really grease. Food needs a lot of work!!! Will not be back. Bread was good.

Review №74

Good food, good service, nice ambiance

Review №75

Great gluten free options! The waiter was super nice and helpful. After I had ordered my food with the gluten free options, he told us about a couple other places around the city with good gluten free food and treats

Review №76

Long wait. Waited over 10mins for someone to give us drinks and to take our order. We came in after church on a Sunday afternoon. We waited and waited and waited. Only 2 families where in there eating. Not crowded at all. Caucasian lady walked pass us a couple times without talking to us. Another crowd came in they got seated right away and orders for drink's got taken care of. She walks pass us again. So we call the other waiter us and tell her we never gotten serviced. She says ok I thought the young gentlemen serviced u guys. We didn't like that at all so we walked out.

Review №77

Travinia Italian Kitchen is wonderful restaurant for a date night. The entrees are top notch. We can't say enough about Dash, he is fantastic server.

Review №78

Our waiter josh was great

Review №79

Nice wine list - excellent food and great service.

Review №80

The food and the drinks were great. A great relaxing Monday night atmosphere to start the week. The Italian Nachos were amazing. The fried wontons were a hit.

Review №81

This was always one of our favorite places to go, however it is under new management and they have to wait for their new liquor license. With that said, food was good and wait staff was great, just no wine with dinner.

Review №82

Italian cooking at its best. I like to go there for their lunches. Their desserts are good but I think they're a little bit too pricey.

Review №83

The only good experience was our waitress was polite. The 1 star is for horrible tasting food, an unnecessary long wait, and being overcharged $$$ (A side of spinach is $4, not the $5 I was charged and paid).Upon arrival, I checked in with the hostess and she said it would be a 15 to 20 min wait. We ended up waiting over 30 mins. Which was very odd bc there were 7 or more empty booths/tables. In fact, one of the booths remained empty throughout our entire wait and dining experience. The "pan roasted chicken" needs to be changed to the "bland tasteless chicken". The mash potatoes could have been instant powder potatoes. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food especially for the $$$ of most the entrees. I think Olive Garden may have been a better choice. However, that's not saying much bc Olive Garden's food is mostly microwavable tv dinners...However, I have ate here before and had their shrimp messina and cheesecake. It was decent but disappointing considering how much it cost and better tasting/quality food else where.

Review №84

Great place to eat good food

Review №85

This is a high-class restaurant. Dinner here is phenomenal; it's something you want to dress up a bit for. Our server cared so much about every detail of our food. She was distraught when the staff brought out the food before it was all ready. There was even live brass music. The atmosphere was truly wonderful, and the small plates are a good deal.

Review №86

Enjoyed lunch at Travinia. The highlight was the wonderful Sinatra-style music, decor and nice quiet atmosphere. Food and service was good too. One of my favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants for a special lunch or dinner. A/C can be cool - it's a good idea to bring a light sweater or something if you easily get chilly. Barnes & Noble is right next door for book browsing and easy parking.

Review №87

A variety of Italian dishes in a suburb atmosphere. Very delicious.

Review №88

First time trying this place. The Travinia has a very warm atmosphere with a excellent menu items. A big plus is that they have a wide variety of gluten free items on the menu. They use a gluten free pasta so it adds to the variety of the menu items. The appearance the taste was excellent. We will be a regular here now since we tried it.

Review №89

Service was excellent! They were having problems with their computer system and it didn't slow their staff down at all. Food speaks for itself. You would really have to go out of your way to have a bad experience here.

Review №90

Dinner and a Movie!A fun night out. After devouring a Frank Sinatra meal and some wine, a simple walk out the door to my left and then let the movie begin. Great dare night!

Review №91

Food and service were great. Come right out of the movie and into the restaurant.

Review №92

Great ambience, friendly and helpful waiter, but the food was not a delicious experience. The calamari was overcooked (very chewy), the pasta was virtually tasteless. It was much better last year.

Review №93

We come to Myrtle Beach every year. We try to go here every time we are here. Food is excellent. Atmosphere great.

Review №94

Fantastic Barr! Arguably the most comfortable chairs at any bar in Myrtle Beach. Craig is a fantastic bartender as well. Appetizers are delicious

Review №95

Food was fabulous. Great service too.

Review №96

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. We sat at the bar and we're immediately greeted. We ordered drinks that were delicious and appetizers. One was a flatbread and it was very good, exceptional. I don't remember the other unfortunately because it was really good too. The prices were reasonable and service great, I highly recommend.

Review №97

Great location.. good staff.. Food is always good

Review №98

Good prices for good authentic Italian food. Perfect place to sit down and eat with your family or even just by yourself. The Italian bread they serve as an appetizer is my favorite.

Review №99

Our family reunion of around 17 people ate here for dinner. They were very accommodating as we called in advance of our visit to get a reservation set up with that many people. They had multiple staff helping with the four tables we had which at least made the wait for placing orders not so bad. I can only speak for my family of four in the group but we were not overly impressed with our food. The presentation of the food was fine but was not a “write home to momma” experience when it comes to the cuisine. It's was not necessarily bad food but in hearing the raves about the place you sorta come to expect more from the overall dining experience.

Review №100

First time visiting and I'm impressed. Authentic Italian food, beautiful setting and wonderful service... perfect!!!
