Very nice atmosphere and ambience. The food was very good and the service was finominal.

Closed!!!! This was one of my absolutely favorite restaurants anywhere. So many great meals over many yeas and now it has closed. Unbelievable.

We made the drive from Pawley's Island, SC on our honeymoon. My husband and I wanted a good Italian meal. The service was wonderful! We were seated almost instantly and our server William was very attentive even though there was also a party of 80 people he was serving. The NY Strip was phenomenal! We will definitely be back!

Recommend reservations or you may have an extensive wait. We were very pleased with being promptly served, in taking my own advice. Our waiter served us exceprionally In guiding us toward good wine and food selections. He remained attentive throughout the meal.Enjoyed the ambiance of this picturesque restaurant, decorated in Old World style. This is a place for romantic dining. We shall return.

Note: Rossi's is moving and reopening in the Spring of 2018 on 77th Ave. On to the review: I've been reluctant to write this because our server was wonderful. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday here. We wanted mature servers who would be sweet to her and, oh my goodness, they were. They even whisper-sang Happy Birthday so she wouldn't be startled. I adore them for that and it will always be a special experience. Now, the food...sigh. Have they been cutting corners? Getting too comfortable? The food was bad. It suffered from heavy-handed use of tomato paste, which gave everything a beautiful dark red color but also made everything taste bitter and almost metallic. My boyfriend's stuffed mushrooms were awful. It took us a few minutes to realize they hadn't even been cooked. What a surprising mistake. All in all, so bad we have never returned. I hope they make changes and revamp their approach at the new location. People are educated about food these days, guys. You simply must step up to stay in the game.

Love Love Love!A must to eat at! Great food! Love the fried lobster. My son has to have the meatballs every time we eat there. He brags on how good they are. Thanks Rossi's for a great dining experience when we are looking for Italian.

Review №7

Excellent service! Pasta dishes we had were delicious. The sauce tasted very authentic Italian. Amazing bread and salad dressing. Could not have had a better experience.

Review №8

The food was excellent and our server John C. made it a wonderful experience for our first visit.. When vacationing in Myrtle Beach plan an evening to visit Rossi's, trust me you will not be disappointed. We had a great time at the Piano Bar adjacent to Rossi's. Excellent Food and Great entertainment.

Review №9

Make sure you start with the L.W.C. for starters!! It's amazing but very filling. The place is beautiful and they have a piano bar. The service was amazing and your wine glass is never empty.

Review №10

ROSSIS is first rate. One of the best restaurants in the Grand Strand.

Review №11

I usually avoid Italian restaurants but it was raining and the family was ready to eat. Our waitress was very accomidating and efficient and talked us in to the featured items she liked. They were all amazing and well worth the price. Get the lobster done two ways and any pasta is huge, order small plate. Mary from Maryland you made our rainy night. Not just a tourist trap with overpriced pasta, fine dining and fresh seafood prepared well. We willBe back and will ask for Mary again.

My family has been eating at Rossi's for 20 years. My children love the the place and now bring the grandchildren there as part of their summer vacation. The atmosphere is timeless, staff is attentive, and the food is consistently delicious. I always order the chicken parmigiana since the portions are so large I eat dinner and take leftovers for chicken parm sandwich for lunch the next day. Highly recommended among the locals who know good food!

Review №13

We have been to many italian restaurants. Rossi's is the real deal, from the food to the service to the atmosphere. Hands down the best !!

Review №14

Ate there last night - I'd had a late lunch, so I opted for the calamari appetizer and the greek salad. both were awesome! The squid was very fresh, cooked to perfection! The salad was crisp, all the vegetables were tasty, and the dressing was a perfect complement, as was the feta cheese!

Review №15

Great service, great food, fair, competitive prices.

Review №16

Giving Rossi's one star because of JC (our server on a visit on Feb 3) who did a good job. Every other thing about this place wasn't pleasing to me. The atmosphere is really heavy and the food is even heavier. I had the sausage and peppers. It was strongly flavored by tomato paste, and that was it's only flavor note. I was able to eat 4 bites before my stomach was done. I tried the Tiramisu and an Italian Pudding for dessert and found them better than the main course, but unremarkable and lacking imagination. Will not be back.

Review №17

This place rocks! Unbelievable sauce on the pizza from Italy. Peroni draft on tap was icing on the cake.

Review №18

Far and away the best Italian Restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Also has Veal, Chicken, Seafood and Steaks as well as all the italian dishes. This place is true fine dining in Myrtle Beach

Review №19

Good authentic food, the customer service was amazing however we were assured that they could seat our entire group at one table then when we arrived we had to sit at two separate tables and were not permitted to move them together.

Review №20

Great food and atmosphere. Drew was a great waiter!

Review №21

The food was excellent. The service was even better. No complaints only compliments.

Review №22

One of the best italian Restaurants in Myrtle Beach. I've been to most since I live here and Rossi's is definately my favorite. Upscale look inside, big restaurant, plenty of parking outside, excellent food. Try the angel hair pasta appetizer. Good if in a group of friends, even better if your on a romantic date. Often after dinner we go to Eighty Eights Piano Bar next door and dance and listen to Rod on the Piano. Great entertainer.Kay

Review №23

Great atmosphere, fantastic service, delicious food. Can't recommend this place enough for a romantic dinner!

Review №24

If you haven't tried this place, you're really missing out on great food in a great atmosphere! Every time I come to NMB, Rossi's is the one place we never miss. I've never had a bad meal or experience here in the last 12 years I've been coming here on vacation. Not a cheap meal, but it's worth every penny!

Review №25

Very disappointed. Special night for us. We are locals. Both got specials of the night. She had the Tuna, and I had the filet. Both were ordered medium. My filet was raw. Her Tuna had no flavor absolutely no seasoning at all. Way over cooked. For a meal that with tip was $100. So disappointed. We will never recommend nor go again. The waiter was Gus he was good and we appreciated him. We were there Sat. 3/28.

Review №26

Too overpriced. Nothing outstanding about any of the dishes we ordered. Nothing authentic about the food. I felt like it was an Italian restaurant wannabe. I'm sorry to say that Olive Garden would have been a tastier choice for us.

Review №27

My girlfriend and I had booked a reservation for Valentine's Day. We arrived to find that they were about 30 minutes behind in seating reservations. This was understandable as Valentines Day is generally very busy anywhere you go. Once we were seated we had prompt service and ordered drinks from the bar and fried mozzarella as an appetizer. The app was good but somewhat overpriced. Once we finished our app we ordered our entrees. I ordered a filet medium well and my girlfriend ordered the same. Right before our main course arrived our server informed us that he would be leaving, as he also serves as the complimentary limo driver for the restaurant. Our server assured us he would have a fellow server continue checking on us and make we were doing well once he left. As soon as our food arrived, I noticed my steak was severely under cooked. I used to be able to eat a steak medium rare, but no longer can due to health issues. Since our server had left, nobody else had come to check on us. I had to waive down a busboy to get another server to remedy the situation. My steak was sent back to the kitchen and returned in the same exact state I had gotten it originally. I once again asked the busboy to retrieve a manger so I could tell him of the situation. The manager or maître d came to our table and apologized about the issues. I informed him that we are both local and that we had both never eaten here, although everyone we had spoken too suggested it as a top place to eat in town. The manager's response was that he was very sorry about our experience and that we should give them another chance on a night other than Valentine's Day. He offered no discount to our ticket, but only offered to mail us a gift card for $25 to give them the opportunity to really show us how they normally operate. Since this time, I have received no gift card or any type of contact from the restaurant or manager. If you are visiting Myrtle Beach from outside of the area, I would highly recommend avoiding Rossi's, and choose a different Italian restaurant that provides quality service and food. Two of these places I would recommend are Angelo's Steak & Pasta or Ciao Italian Restaurant. Both of these establishments are great and have managers that truly care about the diner's experiences, unlike Rossi's.

Dinner at Rossis was a wonderful experoience. From the smiles that greeted us as we entered to the service that was remarkable. It could not have been a better evening out. The fish was amazing and fresh. Afterwards we went to the piano lounge for an after dinner drink and dancing. Scott was attentive to our every need and made us feel like we were family

Awful Food! Been going for years..order $27 Grilled Grouper stuffed with Crab meat! All three adults in party is a Chef choice had shells in food! Complained meal for Three Adults and Three Children was $250.00 and had no concern about complaint! Should have turned into Health Department would have took complaint more serious about shells in food!

Review №30

Excellent high-end Italian restaurant. Fantastic Veal Piccato!

Review №31

Awful, overpriced, sauce tastes like ragu. This may be the worst italian restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Go somewhere else.

We went to Rossi's last night (September 26th, 2015) for our 4th wedding anniversary. The place is beyond gorgeous. The amount of time spent detailing and perfecting the restaurant, the art, the walls, the door ways, everything...this doesn't look like any other restaurant. There is a candle on every table, red dinner napkin, cloth, and the table is set for fine dining. Our waiter was Bill. With everything else in that restaurant, he made the night. He was prompt, courteous, very kind, very funny and incredibly thoughtful. In the beginning of the night, he asked if we had ever been there. We had not, and said we were here for our anniversary. He said congratulations, and took our orders. The food was very quick getting to the table. When we finished our appetizer, our salad and bread arrived. When we were finished with that, our dinner arrived, right on time. Oh my goodness. That food is SO good! Literally, nothing like I've tasted before. I had the salmonwith crab nmeat and asparagus that was covered in a creamy sauce. It was AMAZING! So delicious. The experience was wonderful. When we finished, we started hearing singing, Congratulations, in the tune of the birthday song, but it was like a harmony with a few other waiters. Bill had brought us a fudge cake to share for anniversary!! Complimentary of Rossi's of course. Rossi's cares about your dining experience. You should not give it a second thought. Request to sit in Bill's section. You will not be disappointed!

Great place to eat with a piano bar and a wait and bar staff that can't be beat.
