Don't go hungry to this restaurant. They are very slow and not very pleasant. My husband and I ordered bean and cheese tacos. We waited 25 minutes before we decided it was time to leave. There are better quality restaurant out there that will appreciate your business.

This was my 2nd visit. The other day I had a papa's con huevo. The potatoes were soft and perfectly cooked. The egg was also perfect. Didn't need any salt or pepper.Today I tried the special. Fideo Loco. OMG!!! Excellent! Seasoned perfectly. My son had the Enchilada plate. A little short on sauce but tasted amazing either way. The Salsa is also on key. I think I've found my new favorite restaurant

The Service is bad I asked for 4 beans and cheese And the Special they have then it took 25 minutes to come Out so when it came out they gave me 3 bean cheese and 1 hot sauce which I asked for 4 and my partner asked for the special they had and it came with no tea Nd no fork how I didn't know we supposed to eat like barbarians

If you're looking for Pancho's Buffet this isn't it but if we will send you their trust me eat here great food low prices.

Great Mexican food on the west side.

I've been going here for three years. Never again. Place was not busy, I've seen the rush, i called in an order for four tacos, a small simple order. I'm not sure what the hold up was considering the place was not busy and there was only two orders waiting for pick up but apparently they couldn't handle for the extra four tacos i already paid for. Left without my food, had to get to work. Just taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Place has gone downhill. The prices are great, but they've overcharged on more than one occasion. Also, recently placed an order for pick up. After driving out of my way on a right schedule, I was told there was no order placed. I had to show my phone that I indeed called. The ticket was lost and no one admitted it happened. Sometimes it's just nice to have someone admit they messed up. Won't be going any longer.

The food is good and you have lots of choices that sometimes you can't make up your mind and you get excellent service at all times

The Restaurant is great amazing food. The best prices and it's like crossing the border to have some tasty tacos . The waitresses are so attentive and nice . Oh and for the Mireya Moreno who said she got food poisoning lmao she must of been poisoned from her own food. I never had issues been going for years.

I went during breakfast hours but we were told they could cook lunch plates too. So, my son and I both had the beef fajita lunch plate (included a small salad, excellent refried beans, and very authentically made rice). The beef fajitas were very good. Needed a bit of salt but otherwise entire meal was a homerun.

I enjoy Panchos Restaurant! The waitresses are always checking on me to ask if I need anything and I appreciate that very much. For me...the breakfast was good and atmosphere pleasant.

I came here bc of proximity, but I think I'll choose a lengthier drive next time. Convenience does not beat flavor nor quality. With a little more effort this could be a nicer place, but I guess we just don't share our taste in food.Service was polite.

Well had menudo asked for no pigs feet in it and got it anyways ...and asked for a plate for BBQ on it and watiress forgot to put on it!!! And most of all she couldn't speak a word of English !!!! Guess that is why!!! Even though I did have someone translate for us what we wanted SEEMS communication is the KEY IN AMERICA!!! HELLO , PRICES AND FOOD IS GOOD BUT GET RID OF THE WATIRESS !!!

Food was ok but service is terrible and food took way to long to come out even though we were the only 2 people in there . After the waitress dropped the plates off she never came back to ask if we needed anything. My son had to go up to the counter to ask for a tea and a box to go since they never came back to the table .

Sometimes the food and drinks are great but most of the timethey overcook or undercook the food and the drinks aremediocre at best. they overcharged my mom 2 tacos anda coffee and made her pay 7 bucks for it. this place has lostits touch with good food and I wouldn't recommend cominghere. most people come because its the closest restaurantaround. we will not be coming back to that location.

Service was poor food was uncooked I ordered mendo and the pasola was hard meat b was raw told waitress and she said that's how it is can't do nothing about it I tried speaking to mangment and they were never called I don't recommend this place horrible!!!

Sad. I lived in San Antone for a year and ate here at least once a week. Moved back to Alabama and can't find any place that can hold Panchos a candle. I hope someone reads this and opens one here. Best Mexican Food in the U.S.A.!

Food was alright, but I was generally uncomfortable the whole time. They allow literally anyone to come in and solicit (vendoring, musicians, etc.) which is mostly unpleasent. Wouldn't recommend.
