Half of our order was wrong. I ordered a Crispy bean burrito and a crispy chicken burrito but only got the bean; the Crispy bean burrito was soggy. I also ordered stuffed mexi fries and I honestly can't tell what they gave me. I could go on as I ordered other food and had to throw it all away. The only thing that was good was the soda.

The food is good, I like Taco Time. Unfortunately it is WAY overpriced and the location looks a bit run down.

I'm really not a huge fan of Mexican-styled food, but TacoTime is one of my favorite fast food restaurants by far. I love going to this location even though it's a bit far from where I live, because the food is always fresh and the staff is very nice and efficient. I always get free crustos whenever I go there and I scarf them all down in the car on my way home. I absolutely love the crisp chicken burritos and order a few whenever I visit.

It was very good. I wish they hadn't closed almost all of them. They are way better than taco bell, love crispy meat burritos.

It's just an American taco joint, but I used to work at one and we chopped, cooked, and made everything there daily. I spoke to the staff and they still do everything the same way except the cheese comes in smaller blocks instead of the giant 50 pound one we used to get in the 90s. Much easier to put in the grater. Still good food that doesn't come from a Fallout package of strangeness.

I had a good convo with Brian the guy at the window. He was pretty funny. We chatted for a little bit while the food cooked. He told me it was strange how the location was only one not tied to other 150 branches that were franchised together. He said they were only one next closest out of Clark co. Was Kelso and I told him that is where I was from. Also told him about the app not working when I use to go to the Kelso location and he said they were just now getting it up and going just recently. I really enjoyed chatting with him he seemed really nice and cool that is for basically all 3 stars.lol.The food however wasn't as good as other locations like a little soggy. Otherwise not too bad.

Every time we have been there the workers are friendly and fast. Food is some of my favorite items and they created a new 4 for 7.95 option. So good. And we can eat in again

Quick after-school snack run for the kiddo and I to tide us over before dinner. We got seasoned ground beef nachos(shredded cheese, sour cream, beans, guacamole, and red sauce) chips we're super crispy, crispy chicken burrito, cheese quesadilla, and a Bavarian cream stuffed churro. As I pulled up with my 4 dogs in tow the drive thru worker noticed my barky-smarky pups and asked if they would like a treat. This was an unexpected kindness that my puppers got their own lil snack. Service was quick and friendly.

Service is quick and timely. But it was sticker shock for our order though. We ordered 4 crisp chicken and 2 crisp meat burritos, large Mexi-fries along with 2 small drinks. Almost $40. But we love our fresh cooked crisp burritos with salsa. But at that price, it felt like we could have been in a sit down restaurant with table service with chips and salsa for an appetizer. Taco Time, we love your food but it will be a long while once again before we go back unless we run out of our bottle of Taco Time salsa first which is a good deal at $4.99.

For the quality of food, cost is nowhere near worth it. Pretty sure the sour cream was old as it tasted off and gave me the liquid brown flow if you get my meaning. Also their square payment system isn't secure. Shortly after buying my meal, someone tried to charge an additional $21.45 to my account from MERCADO PAGO. The two issues combined, I can't possibly recommend this place to anyone.

Love this place so much we stopped going to Taco Bell and I used to work at Taco Bell for almost 4 years and used to absolutely love that place, I don't know if something has changed over the years or it's a quality thing but the hamburger smells like cat food so I stopped going to Taco Bell at least around here. Bonus they're hardly ever busy or rude and they haven't got my order wrong yet thank you so much!

The taco salad was good, it look like meat to me. And tasted good at a good price. And probably the cleanest fast food place in Vancouver

Usually good, we ordered a bunch of food. Mine was a Fiesta Salad. Well..... after we arrived at our destination I found out that I had no fork or salad dressing. Hummmmm luckily I had one in my car and I used taco sauce for my dressing. Wasn't very tasty but I ate most of it. Ill have to check my order before I leave I guess.

We went through the drive thru & ordered $22 worth of food, one item being the stuffed mexi fries. We drove off & realizes they gave us regular mexi fries because that's how it was entered on the receipt. They did not repeat our order back, nor do they have a screen visible to us to verify it. We went back & informed them of this, the woman (I believe a manager) treated is like we were lying. Asked to see our receipt which was also incorrect. She gave them to us but treated us as dishonest customers. I have worked a lot of customer service & you don't do that. You take the customers word for it, especially when we spend that much on fast food! Very poor customer service👎🏻

There are moments where you just want a generic American crunchy taco. We have tons of great Taquerias near our house. We frequent them regularly. But, sometimes I just want the flavor of childhood and Taco Time crunchy tacos or even better the Crisp Meat Burritos call out to me. Bad day? Need a quick bite? Taco Time is there.

Never buy a soft taco here. Absolutely terrible.

This is the worse taco time I have ever eaten at. I now find out that they are independent of Taco Time NW which is the original Taco Time. The food is horrible! Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Shows that he has discerning taste. If you want good Taco Time drive to Kelso, Wa. It's closest original to Vancouver.

Taco Time has always been my favorite fast food Mexican restaurant until this one. The food is good depending on who makes it and most of the time don’t honor you special requests. They argue with you about how much taco sauce you can have and it’s not like I’m being unreasonable.

I'm not sure the prices at the drive through match up with what I see on the signs. I usually get three crisp meat burritos and maybe a drink or something going through the drive-thru. When I get to the window to pay the $13 and some odd sense that they're asking me to pay I look up at the sign above the drive-thru window which is an advertising sign ultimately which is they put the words on it themselves and you know must be a a daily value thing that they have the ability to change whenever they want to oh, and the sign says to Chris meat burritos for $6.50 so I don't know why I'm paying almost $14 for three and they're selling 2 for $6.50. This is happened to different times probably about a week set apart from each other. I've noticed both times but I've yet to say anything about it just because I don't know I'm in a hurry and I don't want to waste the time going back and forth with a conversation that will probably go nowhere with no explanation given to me and me still paying $14 for three Chris meat burritos so I don't want to waste my breath is what I'm saying so I figured I'd waste my breath here on the review instead. That's all I got.

Just ordered through Grubhub and my son's entire meal was missing. So sick of this. Every single time I order through fast food, the orders are screwed up. No matter where it is. Most fast food places services have went to complete sht. Never ordering from this Taco Time agaiin.

Excellent Customer service every time we visit. Food is always hot and fresh, and we've never had to wait an insane amount of time for our order, whether in the drive thru or inside. They've always been accommodating to special requests and I've not met one rude employee at this taco time and we've been regulars here for nearly 6 years now. I definitely recommend.

I drove all from Salmon Creek because the food is good. But I ordered a large meal and asked twice for a condiment - once at the ordering menu and once at the window - and still didn't get it. My only other complaint is that the guacamole side is very small and I wish they offered queso with their chips. I'll still come back for the food tho!

The owner is extremely friendly...a very nice guy, and his family is too once you get to know them. The food is always hot, I'm not a fan of their salads but I love their crisp chicken burrito's.

It wasn't until I had ordered and paid that condiments were no longer available with the meal. So the sauces that I consider part of the meal have to be paid for in addition to the food and then are only available in a bottle size. Crisp meat burrito without the red sauce or crisp chicken burrito without the green sauce just isn't the same. Bad enough the prices are high compared to other places. But I was ok with the price when I thought I was getting what I wanted which was the reason I went there. Sucks because I was knowing and willing to spend a little more for lunch thinking I was going to be enjoying what I had a craving for.

I used to love this restaurant however the last 3 visits have been very disappointing. The quality is really going downhill, my soft Taco today was 60% lettuce 40% everything else. All my food order except the tater tots was not worth the money. I understand it's a tough time for restaurant's but there are places still delivering quality.

The service is continuously horrendous at this location! Nearly every time I use the drive thru I have to pull up to the window to eventually place my order because of the language barrier. They've gotten my order wrong several times and there have been long waits a few times that I can't seem to find any conceivable reason why any fast food restaurant would take that long for a simple order of one meal featuring no special requests! The only reason I return is because I like the food. Its greasy goodness. However I try to avoid this location at all costs!

Delicious as always! I had one of the cilantro rice platters for the first time. So many good healthy options compared to that other taco place. Keep it up, taco time!

My granddaughter never had mexi fries before she wasn't disappointed at all. My burrito was full of stuff not skimpy.

Service was ok. Was held up at the counter while the attendant took a drive-through order. She was pleasant however. Took a long time for my order to come up. Guess that's why it's called Taco Time I guess 😁. In their defense it was the beginning of the lunch rush. And the food was all there and fairly well prepared (which is better than I can say about a lot of fast food places). The restaurant was undergoing some sort of repairs so it looked a little trashy at the time that I was there.

Found a hair in the meat burrito and called the store to talk to manager and he responded with what you want me to do. Then hung up the phone on me.

Tough to give any fast food joint more than a 3-star rating, well, because it's fast food...Having said that, this Taco Time did a fantastic job getting the food out fast, hot, and fresh. I got a crispy meat burrito, a regular taco, and Mexi-fries. They were all the best version I've had of each from any Taco Time.TT seems like it has much better quality food than it's competitors at about the same price point.Also worth mentioning, the staff (and maybe they're the franchise owner) took pride in the service they provided to me and all the other customers I observed them serving. Good job.

Got food poisoning from there last night from two crisp meat burritos 🌯 it was horrible!! Not the flu for sure ! I haven’t had food poisoning in so long ! Only thing I ate . Ate at 8 was coming back out from both ends by 1130 it was so bad!

This was a very welcoming visit. After the removal of Taco Time in North Portland this inconveniently is the closest place to home. The customer service was extraordinarily excellent! The order was filled correctly and the food was great.

None of our food was particularly good. The meat tasted weird. The only thing that was kind of good were the nachos. We asked for our money back on a bad burrito that we didn't even eat and they refused. I'm not even sure if corporate allows them to be so unwilling to please customers. They didn't even offer to do anything such as remake it. They just remarked we just microwave them.

This Taco Time, while not being the best Taco Time I've attended, it is definitely in my top three. Still deserves a 5/5 though because their bathroom was well attended. Many employees came to help me when I ran out of toilet paper and went through several rolls. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I loved it! Had not had taco time in forever and my food was hot and fresh not slipped together and rushed like at the other place but they even gave free cprispitos! For the 2min wait which was totally fine cause it was almost closing and they still made my food fresh and hot! Yummy!! ❤❤

I've always liked Taco Time. They have their ups and downs, like any other fast-food place, but their fare is still a _lot_ better than Taco Bell.That said, this particular branch has screwed up something every time I've been there; some times, it's as minor as leaving out hot sauce and napkins on a drive-through order, but I have been _inside_ and ordered something, which turned out to be something else entirely, even though the ticket indicated my original order. It's not just once—it's every time I've been there. It's not that they're unfriendly, but they don't seem to be very concerned about their service, and it's gotten to the point where I don't even want to go to this location anymore.

I have to hit this place every few months to satisfy my craving for chrispy chicken burritos. Always hits the spot and I've never gotten cold food here.

Food wasn't that great. Lacks condiment bar like other Taco Time. Had a chicken quesadilla, the chicken was dry and it just wasn't the quality of The Dalles franchise. It was clean and the service was good though!

They've got pretty good food (miles above Taco Bell) but their drive thru speaker sucks and their employees tend to not be very good with English so it's sometimes difficult to order.

It's not the TacoTimeNW I grew up with in the Greater Puget Sound area, but the crisp bean burrito is the only thing on the menu that's the same. Only thing I buy when a craving hits.

I'll tell you why I love this Taco Time. The people are nice ,as well as, good fast Mexican food. The most important thing is they give my dog a treat, too!

No other taco place serves crisp burritos like Taco Time - but they are only available in the West/NW. Sadly, The standards for franchisees are not very high. This store is indicative of that. Grumpy service and a run down store.But I love TT.

First I want to start by saying this would be a one star review if the quality of the food here wasn't as great as it is. The reason for three stars is that sometimes the service here is not very customer focused. Usually Bryan works the drive-thru and he does a fantastic job taking care of the customer.The gentlemen I had this evening (not Bryan) had trouble hearing me over the drive-thru speaker so I pulled forward and ordered at the window, no problem so far. I asked for one ranch (which I got) and a small handful or the original hot sauce (like 4-5 packets, which I didn't get) with my order. I checked the bag of food once it was handed to me and noticed there was no hot sauce. I calmly waited for someone to notice me still waiting at the window and when he approached he just looked at me with a blank stare.I said, I didn't get any of the hot sauce in hereHe replied with, Yes you did. I put a whole handful in thereOh maybe I missed it then, and searched the bag more thoroughly this time. Still no hot sauce. There is none in here, man.He turns away and addresses a coworker, asking if she had put hot sauce in the bag for me before she gave it to me at the window. So now I know he's lied to me, since he never touched the bag to put hot sauce in it. She shakes her head no so he let's out a big sigh and grabs a handful of hot sauce and reluctantly hands them to me asking again if I was sure there wasn't any hot sauce in the bag.You wanna check, buddy? As I hold up the bag facing the opening towards him.No, it's fine, as he closes the window and I begin to pull away.I know you guys are picky on making sure you charge 50 cents a ranch cup and everything, but you're hurting yourselves by not trusting the customer isn't always trying to pull a fast one on you to get a few extra packets of hot sauce.

Went at 530. Place wasn't too busy. Love the food. Blows taco Bell out of the water. Prices are good too. The staff was kind of cold shouldered but I'll forgive then that.

What can you really say it's Taco Time. Just average fast food at a reasonable price. My top picks are their Mexi-fries and empanadas. It's a craving vibe go to 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not happy with this location!! 100% rude customer service.. crappy amounts of food.. The lady that works the drive thru is 100% rude, They messed my order more than once and never fixed it, the other thing that makes me mad is they charge for ranch.. the lady told me $1 for ranch even thought we spend over $12 on food, $1 for a puny ranch is not even worth it more like 10cents, I am never eating at this franchise location EVER AGAIN!!! we are not satisfied the lady was causing problems and talking back at us... if i didnt care about anything i would be calling her manager and i hope she reads this and realizes what she did was wrong...I use to love taco time but i will gladly drive 10 more minutes out of my way to avoid this location!!

Check your order before you leave! If you call and say they missed something the manager blames you for not checking your bag! What a dirt bag! No apology or anything! 16 dollars for a salad and 4 small maxi fries!

Better than Taco Bell

Went thru drive thru and got charged $400.00 on my debit card. The lady didn't know how to refund the money, she had to call the owner, which took forever getting ahold off him. After talking to the owner on the phone she still had issues and had me come behind the counter to look at what she did. Needless to say is been 12 hours and the money isn't back in my account. I called the owner and he didn't even apology he stated not hood problem how long the bank takes refund. I will not be returning due to the rudeness of the owner!

I do like their food way better than Taco time. I will never eat Taco Time ever again in my life.

This place has to look up to see Taco Bell's heels. Nas-tee! Bland, seemed like it wasn't necessarily fresh. There are so many good Mexican restaurants. Why waste your time or tastebuds on this?

This is THE best example of Taco Time in our area....the food is not dried out...try the beef soft tacos with sour cream AND jalapenos! .The prices are better here too.

I love the crispy chicken burrito 🌯 however a little spendy. This time I got the combo burrito, tater tots and 22 oz. root beer.

Their food made me sick and walking through the drive thru to order food was weird, can't you have one open spot for those who don't drive.

Go here for the Taco Cheeseburgers and Stuffed Mexican Fries, but the other items we’ve tried are good too.

I've been going to Taco Time since I was a kid. It is my #1 go to for Mexican fast food. They are a #1 in my book!

Food was alright but the service is just terrible and takes FOREVER! Young and rude staff yelling obscenities in the building drove us to pack our food up mid meal and leave. Won't be trying here again any time soon!

Worst place ever,the staff was rude and unhelpful,the prices are outragous for the size of items and the foods not great,no napkins were provided,everyone had an additude and i wish i could of just said forget the food tolk my money back and left,DO NOT SUGGEST TO ANYONE!!LOWER YOUR PRICES,TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO DO THERE JOB,AND STOP FEEDING THE COMMUNITY TINY SERVINGS THAT WOULD EVEN FILL UP A CHILD!!!!!!
