Always, always great service. Food is fresh, cooked well and oh so good! I love going into the restaurant, as it steps me back in time and I just cannot get over how CLEAN and well maintained the space is.They put love into their space and love into their food, IT SHOWS!!Not only do we visit the restaurant, but have had them cater a few events and we are never disappointed. What a fantastic experience!

Just discovered the gem and LOVED it! A business that's been here since 1916! We went for breakfast. Prices we're great and portions were big. The rye toast was wonderful; a little thicker than regular Jewish rye. The pancakes were soo tasty and the veggie omelet was packed with veggies. Lunch was wonderful; chicken, fig, arugula and goat cheese salad. The cod was wonderful! I almost forgot, the hot chocolate was AMAZING! The service was on point and the atmosphere was great. We loved the bar seats and old fashioned milk shake maker!!

Old school restaurant that has good food, great service and a great local atmosphere. The chili is excellent, sodas come in cans, and I had the chicken parmesan which was very tasty. Only complaint was the pasta was swimming in water (had to get a bowl to drain out into...). But still very good. Worth a stop if you're in the area.

Well i cant speak on all their options however their salads are really fresh, made good time in and out with 3 people in 30 mins

Love the food, love this place. The Fox news broadcast is always on, it's a plus to some and a negative to others. I personally like my news balanced. So I think they should show the comedy channel or sports since there are no mainstream balanced sources. Fox one way CNN the other. Other than that it's great. Get some dessert

We were downtown visiting friends and all decided to have dinner at the Saratoga. I had stuffed flounder, very good. Pregnant mom in grouo got roast beef w mashed potatoes and gravy. She was very happy with her choice. Service, as always was great

My friends and I love this old restaurant, I think it's 100 years old! The booths are cozy and private. The service staff, always great! The food is not anything to brag about, but we love supporting this Warren landmark. The catering is outstanding! I've been to many of the events they've done the food for and it's always very good. My friend had them cater a huge shower at her house, that was crowded and tight, I don't know how Saratoga's staff managed it, but they were Perfection!

Went there for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich special (which wasn't even a special because it was on there original menu at the same price) which came with fries. The waitress brought it out and there was a big mosquito on my plate and it's legs torn off all over the fries. She never even apologized. I felt like I was inconveniencing her for having to remake the meal. I know stuff happens and I happily ate a different meal, but there was no apology for the extra wait or gross mosquito. Service is terrible there and every one of the workers is rude and they always seem ticked off at something.

Excellent Service, Staff and their Food is excellent! The prices and proportions are generous! The waitresses are prompt, courteous and attentive to patrons. If you've never eaten here, dont hesitate, its by far one of my all time favorites!

Can't say enough about this place. My wife and I love the atmosphere and the food is great. Fish dinners are excellent and the cheeseburger is not some small frozen Patty. It takes up half the plate

8 AM Wednesday breakfast after an early work assignment in Warren. This place is quaint, cozy, and clean... with an interesting history --courtesy of the friendly staff. We loved the atmosphere, the decor, the food. Basic breakfast of eggs, bacon, homefries, and toast. It was really good. So was the coffee. We'll be back. :-)

Nice place; the building brings you back to the thirties with original fixtures. 3 stars because the crab cakes were not what I expected, but my colleagues enjoyed their meal. I should know better than to ordering crab cakes in Ohio.

Totally Old School and wonderful. The wood and leather booths alone are worth the visit. Our dinners were Pittsburgh ca. 1979, which is good. You will not regret going here!
