My wife and I eat out often. Paisano`s is by far our favorite. The food is traditional Italian, like your Italian grandma use to cook. The portions are very generous and the price very reasonable. The atmoshere is very trendy. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. My favorite dish is the veal godfather.

Great food, great price, great staff .... by far the best resturant in Waterbury.

Had breakfast at this establishment due to a local recommendation. Boy was I dissapointed. Slow poor service, and mediocre food. I will not be returning.
