Great place to get gluten free breads, rolls and sweet treats in the Wilmington area. The prices are also very reasonable for gluten free items.The owner, Cathy Adkins, is a professional pastry chef who was diagnosed with Celiacs a few years back and everything is gluten free. You could see a very clean, large professional kitchen in the back.We dropped by to pick up some treats for my 16YO daughter who has Celiacs. Cathy explained the textures and flavors of each of her baked goods so we could choose ones that were a good match for our daughter.We chose the large pumpkin muffins, individual cheese cake and crumb cake. Our picky daughter loved all of them, but the top choice for her were the pumpkin muffins.I was a little confused by the Open 24 hours shown in Goole Maps, since it is a one person business. She commented she is often open at odd hours because it is hard for customers to come by during normal business hours. We called first since it was after 5PM Sunday. She said she was planning on leaving in 15 minutes, but she would stay open until we came by. We are glad we went and we will be going back again.
