I was looking for a quick salad, so I could stay on keto. I had already left another venue that was strictly carbs only, and no salads. But the subway team created a salad out of lettuce, tomato and onions. That was awesome. They did have some cucumber. No dressing, but by mixing peppers with cheese and grilled chicken, dill pickles, a tiny bit of hot peppers made interesting. They did quickly, and efficiently. So If your friends or family loves carbs, but your on keto. You can have a salad that pops, and every body is happy. Just make sure you have lots of dill pickles, and those yellow peppers.
