As someone who has been coming to HBH for years, I was at first concerned with how it would be during COVID. The staff were all wearing masks, cleaning surfaces, taking precautions, and only allowing a few people inside at a time.They always are helpful and quick during the selection process, serving excellent products for myself and my family. They help me determine how much ham and turkey would be suitable for the size of my family so that way I wouldn't end up with too much or too little. Everything tastes great! See you at Christmas time.

Got smoked turkey for Thanksgiving if it was smoked we couldn't taste it tasted like honey baked ham which we love but wanted smoked turkey..

Went for lunch right when they opened on a Sunday. Sandwich size is good. Would like an option to have it hot though instead of cold. Would love to have side dish options of like mac n cheese or mashed potatoes or green beans, instead you get bagged chips or a cold broccoli and mayo side. It was our first time ever eating here. It's ok, but once is good enough for us. An average family of 4 lunch meal here will run you around $40.00 to $50.00, thats what we spent.

I have been going to this place for years! The food is always great!! I miss their seafood chowder!

Very disappointing this year. The bone in half ham was dry and fatty. I go there once a year for Thanksgiving. Now I'm going to purchase other hams at 1/4 the price.from now on.

Honey Baked Ham Company isn't just for the holidays! I love that you can get a sandwich in the cafe all year round.

We ordered $277 worth of turkey and ham for our staff members. We revived two trays of ham and no turkey. Yesterday when we tried to call to discuss the situation they hung up on us twice. Today, the general manager would not fix the situation.

Newly opened place at university commons..i just love this place..very clean..i always try a combo of soup sandwich ..they have different soup everyday and any sandwich here is always awesome..one of my favorite place for a soup sandwich

Visited near UNCW. Good food, huge sandwich, freshly made. Prices a little more expensive than I care to spend but we gave them a try. Glad we did:)

Love the Champaign mustard! Our favorite hams and the bean soup mix is great too. But call to check closing time - they were open till 6:00 when google said they closed at 5:00. Glad we checked on that.

AMAZING for all of your needs!Every time I have family come to visit I always pick up a honeybaked ham and their awesome sides. It saves me the trouble of actually having to cook, which is a favor for everyone!Their sandwiches are also so good, my personal favorite is their seasonal sandwich with cranberry spread around thanksgiving! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable about how much ham to get for the right amount of people (and I feel like they actually tell you the truth not try to oversell you a ham they know is going to be too large!)

I was in Heavenly Ham recently and bought over a hundred dollars worth of food. I will never go in there again. The younger woman who waited on me was personable and professional. The older woman who also waited on me was curt and acted like I was bothering her. Customer service was not on her "thing." The food is okay, but a half of a ham was $52. It just wasn't worth the price. Every thing in that entire store was laced with some type of sugar--even the bread and broccoli salad for crying out loud. I would become a diabetic if I ate there all the time. I will not be back.

Was disappointed that I could not get a sandwich. Many have sandwiches made up for the busy holiday sales. This way you can grab lunch while picking up the ham.

I bought a ham a few days before Thanksgiving. I was happy about how friendly, fast & organized it was, for being so busy. Our ham was excellent.

Order and enjoy h.b.ham on buttery roll every time I'm in town. Delicious.

Evidently my arrival this evening must've had some negative impact on the older female employee on the schedule. It was apparent that she really didn't want to wait on me. I wasn't greeted, she was rude and seemed bothered when I asked questions. I was disappointed to say the least and considering this is the only HBH in Wilmington, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I normally don't complain, but gee whiz, her attitude took the cake, or should I say the ham.
