I eat here all the time and never have a problem, I just ordered a large fry and a large coke for my munch break and I didnt get a large fry i asked for ketchup the man said there was none, So I asked for some fry salt and they said they aren't allowed to give it out. When ive been ordering the same thing the past two weeks. Then he crumpled up my receipt and threw it away. Just angry because ive never had a problem before.

Great philly with many choices.

Ordered to go order through waiter and did not receive any of the condiments that were ordered and charged for. General manager was at store and bagged our order. When asked why our condiments weren't in the bag, her excuse was there was only two people working today!!! Great food but not to good at making sure all the to go food that was ordered was put into bag.

I ordered the philly cheese steak .it was dy as a bone. There was no vegetables on it two little pieces of green pepper and a few stringy onions and hardly any mushrooms. I added a slice of cheese to it and microwaved some onions just so I could eat it. It did have a lot 3meat but it was over cooked.the fries were okaySorry but the papadilla is cheaper and better .I also ordered from waitr

Have ate here many times and was always great. This trip 4 employees behind counter and was ignored. Cashier looked at us and turned back to us not once but three times. Think you need new employees.

The cook, Austin is awesome! He deserves a raise. He is fast, happy, and a great asset to the company. The cashier and the guy that made the fries were both rude but Austin was great!Always great food!

They have amazing nacho fries they even tasted good cold . That is definitely hard to do. So hats off to you Charley's. I have yet to have a bad experience there . Keep up the good work.

I THINK IT IS REALLY RIDICULOUS THAT YOU HAVE 4 GUYS THERE TALKING AND NOT WORKING. MY LUNCH EXPERIENCE TODAY WAS AWFUL. I GOT SKIPPED OVER TWICE AND THEN THEY FINALLY REALIZE THAT THEY SKIPPED ME. QUIT TALKING SO MUCH AND DO YOUR DAMN JOB.

I read a review that was posted 3 days ago and the person said the 4 guys were distracted and talking and not doing their job and I had a similar experience just this weekend except there was one young man working who was the only one to pay attention to my order I asked him his name and he said his name is Josh... and I have to say he is the only reason I am leaving a good review.. Josh was not at the register another guy was but Josh repeated my order back to me and made my fries the way I had asked for them while the other guys were playing around. The guy at the register could not pay attention long enough to get my order right. Thank you Josh!!

I have not been to this Charley's but I love the one in Oklahoma City. We need a Charley's in NWA. Mainly Fayetteville.

My favorite place to get my special fries! Perfect amounts of bacon, cheese, ranch, and bbq to complement eachother well. I have not found someone who can make my special better and with the caring customer service I get every time.The ONLY reason it is 4 stars is because some days, certain workers will very loudly talk about customers or wamting to go home. I understand as I have worked fast food for a long time, but making a customer feel like a waste of time to them or rude even when they are nice, tends to leave a bad emotional taste in the food from the occasional poor experiences.

Place has been here for years and I just now made myself try it. Freaking love it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food. Fries were very hot, the sammich was one of the best i have had. Only reason for the lack of star is they gave me soda instead of juice, they fixed it without hesitation.

The cashier Brandy was absolutely amazing later on i saw her giving out samples she was dancing laughing and keeping people entertained and then they all yelled a buffalo rhyme and everyone joined in and laughed.....Best time ive ever had at the food court!!!! Recommend!!!

Worst place I've ever been to so far as customer service...they can't get the order right. Belinda throws your food around and the other kid in there is very very very very rude!!!
