Cruising through town, found this place. First, the ambiance, memorabilia, and the food was great! We were a party of 3 so we hgot to try different things. First things first... the ribs are amazing! Also, the potato hash was super delicious. Beans and pulled pork were also good. We loved the waiters uniform too. Bottom line: if in Ft Smith, give this place a shot.

The food was great. I really enjoyed my wings and everyone else liked their meals too. The hostesses were so nice and friendly. Wonderful experience.

We have eaten there before it was great. This time not so much. The seasoning was messy. My husband got the brisket. It was really greasy due to the fact it had lots of fat on it. The okra was good , that's about it. Thinking twice about eating there again

Great atmosphere. Rub was tasty, but my chicken wasnt quite done. Fries were warm, not hot, and the beans tastes like canned pork and beans with a whole lot of sugar, salt, and extra spices thrown in. The guys who had ribs thought they were really good.

Decent BBQ, but disappointed in the ribs - they were pretty tough. For a place called Rib Room you except the ribs to be top notch. Everything else was good though, and they have good sandwiches. Service was also great.

Took family there because I have heard great things. Well I got the chicken , Cobb salad. The meat was tough. Luckily I got a half rack of ribs, I got the spicy, they were dried out and not fit to eat. One bite and I was done. Fried pickles we're good. Will not be guilty of eating there again

Overall a good barbeque place. Loved their fresh cut fries and the ribs were pretty good. Brisket was a bit dry but had a strong smoked flavor. Friendly staff and cool interior design. Would recommend to visiting groups and families.

I have been driving by this place for years. Heard it was the best ribs in Fort Smith. Looking at other reviews, obviously some people like it. We decided to try. For my family, it was some of the worst ribs we've ever eaten. Dry, no meat on the bone, and they made me sick to my stomach. These are not award winning ribs. The ribs at Cheddar's or Chili's are better. How sad is that? For the price, we felt ripped off. Service wise, they were very kind and helpful.

If you have not eaten here, you are missing out on some of THE BEST food in this entire area! Actually, their barbeque is probably the best I have eaten and I have eaten at more places than I can count! I love the outdoor seating area!!! Inside is nice too though! The staff is super professional and friendly. The prices are not bad for the amount of food you get, plus the amazing tastes, the atmosphere (especially outside), the over all experience is worth it. If you visit Fort Smith, you HAVE to eat here. You will not be disappointed at all! I'll take pictures next time I go! I normally do not have my phone out while dining, but I'll make an exception!

This place is very good, the food, the service and the atmosphere of this place is very enjoyable. Decent prices and you can tell by the pictures the portion sizes. We got fried pickles $8, half a dozen tamales $11 and 3 entrees, half rack and 2 sides $15 & sandwich with 1 side $8.

The best barbecue in Ft. Smith! The atmosphere is timeless with priceless rock n roll memorabilia covering the walls. Stop in for a loaded baked potato for lunch or ribs for dinner. No matter what, you will be satisfied!

Good bbq. It was my first time in Arkansas so I decided to get some bbq for lunch. The bbq was good and the staff was kind. We were going to sit outside but the umbrellas were down and it was raining pretty hard. Overall, the bbq was decent and I would come again.

My family and I were in town for my grandfathers funeral at the Ft. Smith National Cemetery. We all decided on this place as we were able to get our food togo but be outside and be together. I can't thank the staff enough(especially Jess, Sam and Allison)for their hospitality at such a hard time for us. We plan on visiting again once the COVID-19 ban is lifted for national cemeteries to give my grandfather the proper full honors ceremony he deserves and get our grub on some awesome BBQ. Again..thank you so much. You guys were awesome!

AMAZING!! Super awesome bbq place. We were visiting for a short trip and loved this place.Appetizer of the loaded fries were a must!Then we got the sampler platter (can't remember the name) but it was super amazing and easily shareable!

Clean and fun atmosphere, very good ribs, and friendly staff. Located in the historic area of Ft. Smith. They have a nice outdoor area to eat that was just recently set up to accommodate an improv entertainment venue pine night per week. They are not open for dinner on Mon, Tue, and Wed.

Great atmosphere. It took a little longer than I expected to get the food with no more crowd than there was. I had the slow cooked brisket. It was just a little on the chewy side but it had a fantastic flavor. The sides were excellent. (Beans and cheesy hash browns). The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Ordered take out full rack of ribs which came with 2 sides (Fried Pickles and BBQ Beans). Total came to $29.06 which wasn't bad at all considering I had a gift card for $25! Outgoing atmosphere with lots of ppl.

Due to seeing the reviews and 5 stars I ordered ribs, brisket, and links for a family special occasion. Little did I know the brisket would be riddled with gristle and fat, the links greasy, and the ribs dry. I private messaged what was wrong and was told the owner would get with me which never happened. I spent $145 and ended up feeding it to the dog. At least she enjoyed the occasion. Never Never Again!!!!!The gave the restaurant 1 star because I couldn't write a review without giving one.

Full rack of ribs where tough, dry, and small. was given just enough sides for 1 person. would probably say the worst ribs I have ever paid for. definitely the worst BBQ in ft.smith. I would say even chilli's ribs has these guys beat. pathetic

Good food value & unique taste

We went with a group and got ribs, sausages, and chicken. We were all satisfied. Great friendly staff, but she didn't know much about their beers. Be warned: it was over 100 degrees outside and so the temperature inside was pretty warm...close to 80. The waitress said the air can't keep up.

Came to Fort Smith for a few days and decided to stop by this place for dinner. The atmosphere is great, filled with 80s rock decor and music and the food was absolutely amazing! Service wasn't the greatest, but since I was a server 10 years ago I understand servers come and go, so don't hesitate to check out this place and its amazing food just because of the service.

Tried to call in a to-go order, the guy that answered the phone whom claimed to be the manager. He was very rude and disrespectful. He would not let me speak to anyone else. He kept stressing about a 45 minute wait. Who cares about a wait time, especially if it's something that you want and enjoy. Needless to say, I thanked him for his time and hung up on him. Hopefully I can get ahold of Mr. Joe Neumeier to discuss this matter further.

Really disappointed to say this is the second bad experience this summer. Probably won't be back.

Great place, great food, great selection not beer. Easy to fine, parking isn't all that great.Good thing about this place, they also own Papa's pizza. So you could order pizza and have it delivered to the rib room.If you like rock and roll, then this is the place for you.(staff there is GREAT).

Have past this place so many times and never stopped. Never knew what I had been missing! They don't have a large menu to choose from, but what they have is super good! Atmosphere is neat. Staff was very friendly. Service was great and so we're the drinks. We will definitely be going back!!

Ribs where good but ohhhhhhh man the baked PORK N CHEESE POTATOE blew my socks off. Later I collected them after I ate my delishious food!!!

Good restaurant. Ribs were a little too dry, not juicy. Tha chicken was a little burnt. All together still good but not superb. The place itself is very beautiful, with all that music-posters. The service was very friendly.

Great food and server was nice. There was good music and great decoration. My only issue is the reciept suggested that a just "okay" tip should be 15%.

It was good. The waitress was great. We went around 330 I guess so it was pretty empty. Parking sucks but I think that's normal for that area.

Was very nice the only complaint is my ribs were not ascended as they could have been. But service was great, fries were fantastic and the beans were just perfection. Could have eaten a bucket of them.

Maybe the best ribs I've had in the last decade. Went for lunch and it was a great price. BBQ beans come with pork mixed in and the creamy hash browns are a dream.

Hands down best Ribs I've ever had! I ordered half a rack with the dry rub (which they sale) with cheesy hash browns and baked beans for side everything we had was really good. And They have a really great selection of local brews too!

A bunch and I stopped in to the Rib Room, FT Smith, Arkansas. This will be pretty brief as there is not much to say. Had they not taken so long, I would have given them a 5 star. The ribs, excellent. They have a tamale and chili entre that is superior. The bbq, the coleslaw, the potatoes, the beans, all just excellent. The Chili was amazing--especially when poured over the Tamales. The price for this joint was average. Things in Ft Smith are pretty cheap anyway. Please see the pics.

I had a order to go. I had bbq chickencobb salad with roquefort dressing and my brother had a pulled pork bake potato it was huge. Everything was excellent! Order was ready when they said it would be. I'll be back!

Food was great! Parking could be better! The waitress we had wasnt good at all. She look older, she didnt check on us until we were almost done eating. We had to ask other wait staff for things we needed. When we got our ribs, we didnt get the fries. We had to ask for the fries, we get it when we were almost done eating! Very disappointed in waitress! Not good first impression!

They really don't have that many options on the menu. The ribs are okay but if you order them dry rub the seasoning is too strong/salty. The chicken was dry both times that I tried it. The portions are huge though! You can def share a plate.

Hickory smoked ribs are excellent. Tamales are excellent . Beans are very good. Drinks cocktail Black & Blue highly recommended. And draft beers are good as well. Good atmosphere.

Great food

I'm new in town and was hankering for a delicious meal. Walking down Garrison, I was lured into the Rib Room by an intoxicating smell. They had a great little band playing, and the staff was friendly. I even tried to trip the waiter, Clint, up a few times, but he was on top of his game! The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was fun and had a story to tell. I would recommend Neumeier's Rib Room to anyone visiting Fort Smith!

So, so ... had plenty of better BBQ in Texas, but HUGE portions of good BBQ ... a little dry and "toothy" on chopped pork side ...

Wasn't impressed by it. It's been definitely about 2 yrs, since I was there. I love bbq, but I just never went back for theirs.

Good music outside and good bbq. What more could you want.
