It saddens me to write this because I left an amazing review 5 months ago and the owner even responded thanking me. I have since deleted my five-star review to update. I place an order today on the app for curbside at 1:06 p.m. it was supposed to be ready at 1:16 p.m. unfortunately I cannot customize the veggies on the app so I called so they can do carrots only. Whoever answered the phone hung up, I had to call back and she answered and had an attitude. No pleasant cust svc voice, no thank you for calling waba how can I help you, just "waba grill", and no she did not state her name. I told her I had a curbside order and wanted to request carrots only for my order and she said I don't know if we can do that again with an attitude. I remained patient as I was asking for a favor and stated that I had actually been waiting on hold for a long time and was hung up when they answered and that I would really appreciate if they can honor my request because I was already calling the second I placed the order. She wasn't paying attention and she kind of snapped at me and was like what did you say to me? So I repeated myself and she kind of scoffed and after asking the cook she said yeah we'll fix it and then proceeded to hang up on me. I wasn't even given the opportunity to ask them to please put sauce packets in the bag considering it was curbside. I'm really not sure what her issue was since this was the first time I spoke to her I called back a third time and a male answered who was very nice, however when I asked to speak to a manager they told me there would be no one available until after 5 p.m. I let him know my issue he said he would talk to her and that was the conversation. Unfortunately my order was still messed up they put the avocado on the wrong bowl and did not add green onions which we went back inside and got a side of and then got the sauce packets but considering the covid-19 issues I was hoping to avoid having to go indoors considering I'm 9 months pregnant. I understand that this is a frustrating time for everybody however the employee answering the phone needs to understand she's not the only one frustrated and those issues need to be left at the door when she arrives to work. if she's not happy with her job I'm sure there are plenty of people that would love her position right now considering a lot of people are out of work. Again it's a shame she didn't state her name, however I'm sure you guys can tell who was working this day at this time and if you speak to your employees I'm sure which one it was will come out. Thank you for fixing the issue I look forward to changing my review to a positive one in the future.
