ChowNow messed up the ordering location so I was late to pick up, but the manager here was incredibly generous and kind to re-make our meal. He truly went out of his way to make sure it was fresh. Just wanted to give a shout-out that we truly appreciated it! We loved the food and the churros were amazing! I know I'll stop by here the next time I come through Wilmington!

Finally after 4+ months of house confinement, got to go out to eat dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant. This place was under construction for almost a year and opened a couple of months ago...gutsy move considering everything was "closed" due to COVID.Anyhow, same great food, ambiance and excellent service. Drinks and service was quick but I guess because it wasn't busy.Overall a great experience and plan to go back soon. We sorely needed new good places to eat.

Great local mexican restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices. Great service. First visit and very pleased with COVID19 precautions and overall cleanliness.

Review №4

This place clearly knows how to serve their clients. Regularly with a very friendly mindset. The food is affordably priced, always tasty and clean.

Review №5

I visit this place a lot since I work nearby. I love how their service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized at all times. Rates are reasonable and they serve large portions.

Review №6

Amazing food and service. Drinks fantastic

Review №7

Food was mediocre. The chile relleno almost tasted funky.

Review №8

We have been to, and enjoyed other Casa Blanca locations. Save your money.... Chipotle is better than this location. Bad entrees, inedible guacamole, what tasted like canned or old refried beans. Utterly gross.

Review №9

New location for Casa Blanca. Very good Mexican good. Reasonably priced, quick service. Will be back!

Review №10

Does not deserve even 1 star. Entree missing - manager refused to make it right. Wanted me to drive 10 miles back to pick it up versus credited the meal. Way to go HORRIBLE customer service! Girl answering phones was rude and basically called me a liar that the order was missing a meal. Lastly, and not typical for other Casa Blanca locations, the food was tasteless and cold - black beans were not cooked ...literally right out of the Goya can Wilmington is so below par I will never go back and I recommend you don't either.

Review №11

My family and I have been a few times and while the wait staff and their attention to customers fluctuates, the food itself is absolutely delicious!

Review №12

I ordered food online and received 2 emails confirming my order and pick up time. I went to pick up my order and they said they never received it. I showed them my email confirmation and they said "yep, this is the place but we don't have the order" I asked if they could cancel the order on the credit card and they said, "It's not our problem". Customer service is terrible.

Review №13

The kitchen was pretty slow and the food wasn't good. Servers were really nice though

Review №14

It's ok. I'll have to give it another try. The Andover restaurant I have been to never disappointed.

Review №15

We have been there twice. The first time we got take out, I don't recommend anyone try that. Mexican just isn't good if it sits to long (IMO)The second time we dined in. The service wasn't terrible but it really wasn't good either. That's why I gave it ones of the stars, i gave it the other one star because much like our first experience the food was not good.First time I got a Chimichanga, the second time a fajita with steak. Neither meal was remotely good, we won't go back!

Review №16

I've had the baby chimichangas twice and they are so good ! Now I've got my coworkers eating them as well. Look forward to trying your other dishes

Review №17

Just had a very bad experience. We picked up our order which included a soup. The soup container was completely smashed like it fell and they tried to tape it up. It leaked all over and soaked thru the bag and the whole thing spilled on our kitchen floor. Who on earth tries to tape up a broken container with liquid inside of it. Obviously they don't care about their customers so we won't be going back. Very bad experience.

Nice new mexican restaurant in wilmington. i did a take out order, and the lady was really friendly on the phone. i got an order of camarones casablanca, and also chicken enchiladas. the camarones was a big dish. there were 7 good sized shrimp cooked just right well seasoned. it comes with plenty of veggies, rice, cheese, and sour cream. check the photo i put up to see exactly how it comes. i got mole sauce on the chicken enchiladas... it was full of flavor and packed with chicken. the meals came with free, hot, fresh tasting tortillas and salsa. the salsa is on the thin side but it is rather spicy and delicious. the only thing i forgot to get is guacamole, and for that i am a fool. ugh... i love guac. anyway, the 2 entrees costs $30 altogether which is reasonable. i am not a mexican food connoisseur, but i thoroughly enjoyed my meals, the lady was friendly, and it was affordable, so to me this is five stars . the place looked nice and roomy inside, so eventually i'll eat there.

Review №19

Had 2 good meals, the waitress forgot Bills 2 extra things for his meal and she gave him free dessert, which was fried ice cream very good

Review №20

Maybe I was just really hungry, but the food here was outstanding. Best carne asada I've had. Guacamole and queso blanco were excellent. The service wasnt as good though. I had to ask for utensils and plates, and for the tortillas that were supposed to come with my meal, but they were friendly and prompt so it didnt detract from the experience. My son already asked if we can go back next time we are in town.

Review №21

Absolutely a spot worth trying, the food is awesome and fresh, the cost is fair and it is consistently well kept in here. Keep up the good work.

Review №22

Food was delicious, service was great definitely try it.

Review №23

Great food and great service! Glad they opened, even in the midst of this quarantine. Best of luck, and we'll be back often (and when this is over we'll be looking forward to dining IN the restaurant).

Review №24

Foods great but the managers rude. Not a “customers always right” type of place.

Review №25

It was very authentic, clean, the staff was very friendly and personable and the food was great.

Review №26

Drove a total of 30 mins to pay over $35 for an order that was incomplete according to the description on the menu. I called several times before getting through to ask about it but I was told sorry but they were too busy to deal with me. Since things are so difficult to find at the store now, I was really banking on my order including the fixings it talked about. Also, I paid for it. So I just tried to eat some of my wet quesadilla. The other meal was fine according to my partner. I would've appreciated just an adjustment in the price but to be told they were too busy to help me with what I already paid for left a bad taste in my mouth.

Review №27

My first meal was really good here. I'm glad they opened during all of this. But I just got the queso fundito and it's a brick of solidified string cheese. DO NOT order it. They honestly should not offer it for takeout if it's going to be this low quality. I love this chain and it's always good but this was massively disappointing. Shame.

Tamales that will change your life.

Review №29

At long last, this location has begun extending the legendary popularity of its farther-flung brethren in creating scrumptious and savory authentic Mexican cuisine for anyone to enjoy. I've frequented the Andover location for the past half year, and was ecstatic when I heard Wilmington was getting the Casa's blessing soon. Although there's no table seating for quarantine procedures (as of this writing) you can still experience the amazing quality of a Casa's meal through take out or delivery. Show your support for this amazing local chain, and make sure you bring your appetite! If this review was helpful, please hit the thumbs up. It would be greatly appreciated!

Please update hours on Grubhub. I ordered delivery for lunch since it stated open at 11am. My order was accepted and I was provided a delivery estimate of 11:30/11:45am. I called at 12:15pm to get an updated delivery time and was told by the person who answered that they open at 4pm. I was told I could not have placed an order since they have the system down....well grubhub was up and running. They accepted my order, took the money and said it was successful sent. I completely understand having an error on the opening time listed, but the person over the phone was not friendly at all. I simply called to ask about an order I paid for, and was told it was not possible that I placed it. Not good customer service. Luckily Grubhub was able to refund me but they confirmed the listed hours are starting at 11am and my order was successfully recieved by Casa Blanca.

Review №32

Slow slow slow - not kid friendly at all.
