This Subway ruined my sandwiches. I placed a clear order on the Subway App and they still messed up all the veggies and seasoning I had picked out. My sandwiches were so mushed up it didn't even look like bread anymore. I had to eat my sandwiches with a fork! The meat was barely there and I did ask for regular amount! All the veggies and sauce just spilled right out as I unwrapped my sandwiches! I'm never coming back here again. You had one job Subway.

At least de wifi works. This location is usually steady busy but it doesn't take too long to go through de line. There's normally only 1 but maybe 2 people working. De workers have always been friendly even though I've seen them change out.

The past 6 months I've ordered online maybe once a month. I've only gotten my order without having to watch them make it once. This morning took the cake. I ordered at 7:30 in the parking lot, and sat and waited. The order said it would be ready for pickup at 8. I fell asleep, but set an alarm until I was sure my order would be ready, and didn't end up inside until 8:20. The lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me they don't open until 8 so they wouldn't have had my order. 1.) Why are you not checking youronline orders when you open?2.) I know what time you opened, that's why I waited longer in my car.I got my sandwich and left after listening to the lady basically tell me I was an idiot for ordering before the store was open, and getting a pickup time after the store was open.I live 5 minutes away, but never again will I use this Subway. I will gladly drive across town to Grand where they open at 7 and don't treat me like a moron.

My favorite location. Really nice staff here. Clean store. They make my sandwich right every time. Tastes great. Fast, friendly service. I recommend this store location to all. They always have it smelling soooooo good when I go in Walmart. I love their Subs. Everyone should stop in. Thank you all for being awesome!!!!!!

Food was good.

Absolutely sucked, the food was passable but the management/customer service and cleanliness was garbage. Quite literally the worst subway experience I've ever had, including the time I got food poisoning at a subway in TexasEdit: I just went back (was hungry and already here) service has significantly improved, the place is cleaner and I'm actually enjoying the food.

I got a decent sandwich but the cookies were old, the soda was flat, they were out of half the things they serve, the place was filthy, and the customer service was garbage. Staff is rude, incompetent, and inattentive. By far the worst Subway experience I've had.

The workers are patient, nice and apologetic if they run out of your favorite bread. Their food is very good. I've never had a bad expirence with this restaurant.

Customer service was abysmal. The staff tried charging me three times for my order, and while the food was decent (at best) the state of the dining area was terrible. Floors looked like they haven't been mopped, the glass was filthy, honestly just go the one on Grand or over to Towson for good subway, cuz this place should be condemned.
