This place is hit or miss. They are not very consistent with their service. This location is close to my office. I had not had Papa Romanos in probably a couple of years. I decided to revisit it the other day for lunch.Considering I got take put during a pandemic, I have to say they did pretty well. The guy behind the counter you could tell was hustling to get the orders made. I didn't have to wait long for my food. I will order again soon.

I Come in and stand there for 5 minutes while he's apologizing to a lady because they messed up her order. Then end of leaving because he takes a phone order right after ignoring me.

I had a fantastic at this restaurant. We liked the first-rate atmosphere and the meals. The staff members are very attentive. I'm glad we eventually managed to visit this restaurant.

The Italian wrap tasted good. The store seems to focus on pizza, but they do offer a variety of pita wraps. This location is take out only. They don't have the buffet found at other locations.

Only a 4 because i only got to eat 1 small slice. Going back soon!

My company frequents alternate Mr. Pita locations often for business meetings and company parties. At this location it was absolutely horrible. the sandwiches had very little meat, mostly lettuce and soggy bread, no flavor or dressing. when i called to make the manager aware of the situation i was pretty much called a liar. he argued with me and offered nothing to resolve the situation. never again at this location.

After over an hour wait and no call from the driver I called the store to cancel my order. I was given a ridiculous excuse that we're far away- I'm at 13/Greenfield. Then the manager gave me the same excuse. Then I was told they had gotten my address wrong- I repeated it several times, gave directions, and had it all repeated to me correctly. The manager hung up on me. I will never attempt to order from this franchise again.

Avoid this location at all costs ...its run by all men thatI do a half a** job then when you ask them to correct the order they get smart with you... this guy even had the gall to tell me to not come back even when give me a salad with half as much ingredients.... also I ordered two heart shaped pizzas that were not even shaped like hearts penn at over 2 and a half inches of crust all a way around yeah It was totally worth my 18 dollars....NOT!!!

Yeah, we ordered a pizza from here and it never came. Every other time we order from here it's always about 45-50 minutes and the place is like a mile away from our house. I hate the pizza, too, but my guy likes it. Hopefully this is the last time we give them a shot. AWFUL.

Usually never have issues. Today it seems like nobody knew what they were doing at this location. We place an order at 10:15am. At the time of the order they had kept repeating that they don't know when they will have it ready for us. They could not give us a time. After awhile I called at 11:42am and they placed me on hold numerous times. When they finally came back they told me that the delivery had just left. So an hour and a half after the order is placed they go out to deliver. Yet we are still waiting for it's arrival. Needless to say, we will never order from this location again. Seems to be run very poorly. *Update* As of 12:48pm, still no pizzas. When we called the delivery guy still did not leave as they had stated. They claimed they will deliver them free of charge, but I highly doubt we'll see them today.
